That's very interesting. Early on, didn't someone refer to her as part of the "assassination team" along with Rochlin, Meehan, Richlin and Midler? Meaning, they didn't care at all about the children, just the fees associated with the divorce case.

Glad I found this thread again, but find it so sad that it is part of that “missing but not forgotten discussion”. I had seriously hoped she would have been found by now...but still hopeful that she will be one day.

Rereading some things and thinking about what I read about the recent movie and documentary made me realize that if JFD hadn’t been murdered and FD still had been around with MT or with someone else, he never would have stopped haranguing her and the kids anytime he got a chance. Naturally, I’d far rather JFD were alive and dealing with that than how it turned out but it just struck me that FD didn’t just want JFD’s money; he wanted her ground down. I used to think he murdered her because he saw it as the quickest way to her money but now I think he murdered her so viciously because he hated her just being, because she represents all he never was or would be and he knew people liked her but not him and they’d all think he was stupid for letting her go. And MT felt the same about JFD, I feel. Her family keeps trying to erase the world’s positive regard for JFD but they can’t. MT never will be regarded as JFD was and never would have been even if JFD hadn’t been killed. It’s staggering how much greed, envy, and hate FD, MT, and MT’s family had and have. And I think FD’s family felt the same. MOO.

I absolutely agree with your post, Hope. They are all cut from the same cloth. All about the money! Whenever I think if MT, a phrase comes to mind.

How about if you feel emasculated because they have so much money, why not make something of yourself and make your own money ? There’s a novel idea.

Far more likely, as we saw, that he lusted after their money - just an average grifter and con running an op. Using Jennifer and then the kids as leverage for money to live a lifestyle he could not have afforded.

And, the way in which he handled his divorce, including moving MT into 4JX home almost immediately after JFD left, ruined much of his reputation as a "standup" guy and businessman in the Farmington Valley. FD was responsible for his choices and the consequences of them....including MT, as she's responsible for her lack of warmth and love in the community. She made a decision to join FD in Farmington while JFD was still in the home and JFD and FD were still legally married and had not separated.

I must say I’m really baffled that Jennifer hasn’t been found. Police have so much information on the phone pings and their activities the day Jennifer disappeared. These 2 aren’t the sharpest tools in the shed. There’s so much evidence against them. Seems the only thing they did preplan well was where to put Jennifer. Wonder if there’s any old covered up wells on any of the properties FD owned. I’m sure all this has been discussed. I’m just jumping in late and my brain is in spin mode.

Unfortunately, she will NEVER tell, and will take it to her grave. It is my opinion that she will plea and it won't go to trial. I really hope I'm wrong.

One piece of information that MT could fess up with is where the Raptor went when it was off camera during the Albany Ave joyride.
Police searched Keney Park following reports of a foul odor on 6-1/19, just before FD and MT were arrested. Wondering where those extra bags went, and what was in them. MT knows, she was there.

Thanks for this reminder - Great point - hopefully she has already told LE where they went while driving in the Raptor but I suspect definitely not what was in the bags as she was of course "clueless". Hopefully her court case will speed up and we will get closer to a resolution soon. I think as time passes she assumes the case will cool off and maybe just "disappear" ...if she can only get that damn ankle bracelet off - she thinks she can move on - another one who maybe never felt the consequences of her actions. I see jail time in her future for sure but I sense she lives in a heap of denial. imo

Just my thoughts….. they preplanned this and dumped Jennifer before dumping the bags. Who would worry about the trash before the body. Unless they put her body at the house and disposed of it later, which I don’t believe. They had a spot planned in advance. I thought, I read some where (please don’t ask where) that there was a period of time that both phones were left at the house. If someone else remembers reading that, please help me out. I’ve been reading so much the past few nights….it’s all a blur lol.
