Witness testifies that he seized the items separately -- the shirt, the bra and the trash bag.

Evidence box contains a knotted trash bag, the shirt and the bra.

JS is objecting because the items have been altered.

State delineates chain of custody with this witness.

JS says he hadn't objected to other items but objects to this, that he needs to. He believes the lab has the appropriate witness to bring in the items, in their altered state.

Overruled.

I'm perplexed as to why he cut her clothes off. (If they were cut off, and not torn off or other means). Where is the rest of the clothing? Interested to hear your theories.
