Witness is reading the document into the record.

[Hopefully someone can screenshot it and post it here.]

Diabolically effective

  • #363
He needs to read it from the paper!
Disjointed.

  • #364
JS objects to the witness guessing at words. JS says it's not his client's handwriting.

Objection overruled.

So who wrote this? I thought Michi did.

ETA: Guess FD wrote this version

I hate to make a sexist generalization, but that does not look like a man's handwriting in my experience. MOO.

ETA: Actually, maybe it is. I'm sure we can find FD's handwriting, but I would bet he wrote this for MT.

Next page:
Roster of phone calls, outgoing and incoming

  • #370
This second page is different handwriting than the first. THIS is probably MT.

Don’t have access to his “goodbye” letter, but this looks similar I think.

FD's suicide note for reference on handwriting.

Phone calls are listed down to the second.

Who does this?

Both even listed what they were wearing.

Next page: another timeline 8:30am to 5:10pm
[Appears to be the defendant's itinerary]

  • #375
I probably make this many calls in a month, jeezus.

Same here.

Judging from how it appears glued to her hand throughout trial (keeping in close touch with Mom since Mom is not allowed to sit at the defendant's table with her?), MT must live on her cellphone.

State is asking about why witness seized a different item of evidence. Because it was similar to what he seized from the black bag.

Witness testifies he found the item on the office table. Officer Pearson found it originally.

Witness is opening the envelope.

JS asks to see it first. Offers no objection.

Exhibit is a single sheet of paper, handwritten on both sides.

  • #379
Witness testifies that this document has additional writing on the right side. Not a photocopy.

Witness reading the extra notes on the handwritten note.

  • #380
Witness continues reading, from the back of the page.
