MT interviews tomorrow? Oh joy!

Sounds like her interviews start tomorrow with Det Kimball

Wonder if her interpreter will translate her speaking English into Spanish?

I haven’t followed closely but have a question. Why is MT allowed to have cell phone in court? This seems wrong on so many levels. Thanks.

Oh, to be a fly on MT's phone...

OOOOH! The MT language barrier issue! Everyone knows you are faking it MT.

Jury excused. Attorneys taking up matters.

Tomorrow the State plans to play two interviews. Technical arguments. [Over my pay grade.]

Judge takes another matter to sidebar.

Defendant Cell phone use court day 9 afternoon:

It’s not allowed. So far Court clerk and judge have done nothing. We are tracking it so if you see it please post and I will add a notation and image. Ditto for gum which is also not allowed.

Maybe she's allergic.
Well she is sitting next to the germ factory of MT, who wipes her gum from her hand onto sidewalks....

Defendant Cell phone use court day 9 afternoon:
I noticed she has it half hidden under her laptop so I wonder if maybe that is why she moved to the middle. The bigger monitor on the table would block the Judge's view of it.

Judge puts on the record, post sidebar. That a contested portion of the video won't be shown.

Court adjourned.

MT is blinking A LOT, which made me wonder about that body language. According to the interwebs:

Blinking can have many meanings, including:
  • Stress: Blinking increases when your heart rate increases in response to stress. For example, someone might start blinking rapidly when asked a question if they are stressed and want to avoid the truth.
  • Anxiety: Excessive blinking can indicate anxiety, which often pairs with lying.
What a coincidence!
Her gurning, chewing and lizard lip licking so weird.

There has to be some sort of exception made, because other than attorneys, cell phones aren't allowed in CT. I don't think she's exactly being subtle, so I don't understand why it keeps happening.

Afitzy posted the other day that she moved chairs because JS would be responding.

Connecticut has required display of both the front and rear license plate on vehicles since 1995.

So, why had one plate been removed and stored in the vehicle when the Jeep Cherokee was seized?

My guess is she's texting with Mama.
MOO
"Mami, I need more money for my blowouts and gum, my donations aren't going so well..."
