How dramatic! “You have to get me out of this mess!” is what it looked like to me. She could have helped herself out, by ‘fessing up, first to her attorney, and then to the cops. She would have been in a lot less trouble. It appeared that way to me.
It's all fun and games while you're in your little bubble making plans to get what you want (everyone else be damned). It appeared that way to me.
This testimony IMO is much worse that even I imagined based on the snippets we have viewed so far.Attorney Bowman is doing his best to avoid "conspiracy" charges for his client - telling the officers that the person they are seeing as they interview her is the same person that he has been seeing as his client. Telling them that he sees, as they are seeing, that her relationship with Fotis is definitely over. But she is definitely not picking up on this attempt to separate her from Fotis and to allow her to tell the truth.
Instead, she is laying her head on the table. She still wants the rewards of the conspiracy's efforts. (ETA: She has confidence that their plans have resulted in adequate cover to get away with the murder.)
I think I just might need to do my 10 Commandments post about MT and the Troconis clan based on available information to date and I didn't want to do it...but, the rosary beads simply did me in and to use religious symbols that are very important to the Church simply as a prop for Press Coverage and CLICKS is not right. Not right at all....disgusted and its disgusting.Because they are putting on a show. Don’t forget, Mt’s mother is a criminal-or maybe you don’t know that she was defrauding the Medicaid system and got caught doing it. Then turned her practice’s office into a legal office and her employees into legal researchers so the office couldnnt be searched and the employees couldn’t be questioned. And don’t forget that they all have spent the last 4 years disparaging the victim. Not very Catholic/Christian of them, is it?
That's what I saw, literally begging him.Was she down on her knees in this video, at the end with her attorney??
Nope, I don't for a second believe MT cares about how ridiculous she looked in her testimony of lies and more lies today because I think she is incapable of thinking she did anything wrong or embarrassing.Wasn't the reason MT's crying in court while her interview is being played in court is because she understands now how ridiculous her alibi list is and how it doesn't protect her from "cleaning Jennifer."
The vehicles she drove that day were aligned with Fotis' for much of the time after her breakfast omelet. That is, when she wasn't staging photos and driving to an empty lake with only hope that someone would pull her. I'm appalled that she ordered a sandwich while at Starbucks following the Albany Odyssey. Barf.
MT says more than once in her interview that she was upset. She stayed dramatically upset. I think that it's just born in her to be upset; and demanding and selfish and ambitious. How much prodding did she do to convince Fotis their evil deeds would go unpunished? We know she didn't try to stop him. She facilitatedhistheir hideous deeds. jmoo
(snipped for emphasis)One narcissist can be very destructive to the people around them imo but to combine two narcissists as we see in this tragic case had tragic consequences. Hearing what we heard today I very much wonder if we are possibly witnessing a classic folie à duex, where the two (MT and FD) simply fed off of each other in a highly unhealthy way and planned and executed the murder of the person that they blamed for ALL their problems in life and thought that they would get away with it and the Farber money.
Stunning stuff today.
MOO
I found it really unsettling. It appeared that way to me.
I caught that the officer told MT that in the interview, but I did not see that visually on the video. To me, it appeared that, after dropping something white into the garbage bin at the curb behind the Raptor, FD strolled over to the storm drain opening beside MT's open passenger door and tucked the envelope into that opening.Did anyone catch that MT handed the FedEx envelope to FD?
Frankly, imo it was positively chilling.I found it really unsettling.
MOO.
Yes, I was taken aback by that as well since, to me at least, it's clear the FedEx mailer is in his hands the entire time.I caught that the officer told MT that in the interview, but I did not see that visually on the video. To me, it appeared that, after dropping something white into the garbage bin at the curb behind the Raptor, FD strolled over to the storm drain opening beside MT's open passenger door and tucked the envelope into that opening.
Either LE has access to a clearer video than we saw OR they were saying that to see if she'd correct them. (Or, possibly to plant the fear that LE might have her prints on the envelope...?)
Waterski area known to him?, boat ramps, desolate areas (June tho hot and people using water …)FD used to live in Collinsville.
Collinsville is located along the banks of the Farmington River, in the southeast corner of the Town of Canton. The Collinsville section of Canton, is a factory town in New England.

You could see her wiping tears away, this was after you see her on her knees in pleading posture in interrogation room. She is crying for herself. No tears at the bloody bra or shirt. But tears for herself. Not a fan of the Daily Mail, but is it an approved source? Glad to delete.

Michelle Troconis SOBS in court as detective dismantles her story
Troconis broke down in tears, dabbed her nose with a tissue, and placed her hands on her head in a moment of anguish as lead detective on the case John Kimball highlighted apparent lies she told.www.dailymail.co.uk
Good grief no plea was a bad decision, IMO
Oh, my! mt certainly didn’t shed a tear when they showed JFd’s bloody clothing! What a piece of work! JUSTICE FOR JENNIFER!Not a fan of the Daily Mail, but is it an approved source? Glad to delete.

Hated her psychology reporting and her list of “borderline disorder” behaviors as if anyone would believe the mistress in custody hearing. Like forgetting things on holiday w 5 kids is a psych problem ? She’s the one with the issues, JF certainly stress w these 2 in her life.MOOMOOMOOMOO
Trying to keep up with this, my brain has carpal tunnel.
Observation: defendant is one self-centered individual. I detect a lot of "I wants" like everything is hers for the taking. She seems annoyed with the divorce, custody. Wants her life the way she wants it without all that drama. Also gullible, believing every ridiculous assertion FD makes.
What I find hugely disgusting is, fine, maybe she was bamboozled by FD and thought things were one way (Jennifer costing them money) when in reality they were another (Fotis was stealing Jennifer's money) that she didn't immediately (or ever) cooperate with the police, realizing she'd been lied to too. Nope, she owns this. She wanted this. She wanted the thing (person! Not thing, not toothbrush, person, mother, Jen) gone that was interfering with her life.
I hope the jury is able to reconcile the matronly beige woman they see in the courtroom with the woman on the video, lying with ease.
They thought they were going to get away with this. Probably off to Greece for months at a time, curating professional waterskiiers out of the oldest two and schlepping AL along with them to parent the youngers. All while riding on trust funds, living the good life, in homes built with Farber money.
Fail.

When they showed the FedEx drop footage, you can see MT in passenger seat, just barely, but she appears to be getting something out of the back seat. Turning and reaching back to her left. I think they conclude she is getting fedex from back seat and putting it on the front seat for FD.I caught that the officer told MT that in the interview, but I did not see that visually on the video. To me, it appeared that, after dropping something white into the garbage bin at the curb behind the Raptor, FD strolled over to the storm drain opening beside MT's open passenger door and tucked the envelope into that opening.
