It strikes me that she is so used to lying. If she gets caught in a lie, she pivots to either emotion/defensiveness/head in hands or she changes the subject to something totally inane.
She is skilled at not answering the questions head on. I bet this has "worked" for her to a degree her whole life since she devotes a lot of energy to talking in circles.
Getting to the bottomline with this woman would be exhausting bc she wants to wear you out - thats her game.

Sounds an awful lot like her current attorney. Moo

They tell her that there's a bit of truth in his lies but Foris is lying to her.

Asking her about a dumpster at 80 MS.

She describes that she isn't an employee of Fore. She uses his credit card for gas and supermarket. She pays for everything for herself or her daughter, she pays.

Warning, unpopular opinion. These are terrible interviews. Jumping all over the place, letting her talk over them, too many people in the room.

Also, I feel like Scott Reisch's channel has better audio than many of the channels. Doesn't sound quite as tinny

They ask her how she felt about Jennifer being with Fotis together, at the supervised visitation. For two years, they communicated only through Wizard.

Fotis told her that he and Jennifer were communicating by phone. Fotis was telling Jennifer her lawyer was taking advantage of her.

Defendant told Fotis to be careful because Jennifer was going to lose her kids and with her mental health and bipolar.... she thought Jennifer might plan something.

Thank you. Audio seems better!

Now she's describing what she learnedabout Fotis having gone to Jennifer's for that visitation.

Now she's saying Jacob told him to be very specific about writing everything down in the timeline, did you go in the house....

Defendant overheard them and then confronted him. Because she didn't know he went to Jennifer's and lied to her about it. She was upset, grabbed the phone, threw it, she was angry he was sp disrespectful to her. Fotis wanted her talk it through.

Fotis and MT met with a man who owned property in New Hartford which is just past past Canton/Sundown. She referenced Sundown in relation to that visit. if you head out rt 44 ( albany ave) you pass thru Canton first then you get to New Hartford . New Hartford is pretty rural for CT and Imo an an old charming town. Not fancy.
Its sounds like they went to an old farm with a barn and broken down stuff lying around - a guy with suspenders who was creepy who kept calling Fotis at odd hours per MT. She was not sure what the guys name was or if any transaction happened with the guys property
I think her daughter prob had ski practice at Sundown somewhere along the line so she used that for reference
IMO
Lake McDonough is right by Canton/ Sundown Ski area and New Hartford - pretty big body of water.
She mentioned a "table saw as big as this table" and other equipment. She also mentioned something about an airfield at the property.

I will need to listen again to that part of the interview. But, these mentions are very concerning. Is she dropping hints that implicate FD in the potential use of that property but at the same time distancing herself from the place?

Going back to that time, there was huge pressure on LE to find JF and they knew that time was of the essence.

Possibly on the issue of the number of people in the room my guess is that the LE team was sizeable and because of the time issues it made sense to have key people present too.

Part of what was also going on with LE was that the area being searched was sizeable (distance between NC and Farmington was around 60ish miles and surrounding area) and the number of boots on the ground to search was large. Even the local PDs in upstate CT were involved if I recall (eg. Hartford, Farmington, Windsor etc.). LE at the time was not only trying to find JF but checking on the 3 co-conspirators. It was an enormous 24/7 operation that went on for weeks/months.

I'm offering this history up to provide some understanding as to why we might be seeing what we are seeing in terms of urgency from LE.

@gardinista, I absolutely see what you are describing but I think the people in the room might have been divided up into the main people responsible for the various lines of investigation and it was important for them to be able to ask questions to further their line of inquiry imo. Then we see the Prosecutor arrive in this interview and he was overseeing all lines of inquiry. They were trying to do alot of work in a very short period of time imo and sometimes things aren't optimal.

Yet she said she didn’t know Sundown and called it a creepy place?
I believe she said they were looking at a property near Sundown. It's a beautiful area.

Ages ago we had seen photos of this property and my recollection was that there was no road in or no developed road nearby which is why the 'fly in' aspect was emphasised and it was essentially at the top of a hill. Given the local market it just didn't seem like a property that would appeal to a .01 percenter and the cost to develop it seemed huge. Will see if I can find the prior info.

Edit. Looked and can't find it

The area may be beautiful, but she described the property they went to as "creepy" and that it made her feel like "we could be killed, we should get out of here."

So, if she is being honest (who knows...), the property - with its "table saw as big as this table... and other equipment" and with an airfield OR the person who met them there gave her the creeps (or at least that is what she wants to lead LE to believe).

When pressed by LE to say what is bothering her the most, MT says what is upsetting her THE MOST, "...is that I can be in prison for this....".

Valid concern imo but its the continuing chorus of ME ME ME from MT that seems never-ending.

@Gardenista - I agree with you to an extent about the interviews
-Too many people in the room
-They are allowing her to set the tone - I think they def need to let her talk but then they need to focus her back each time to the same question - get that answer then move to the next - velvet hammer
- I would have thought one male det and one fem det would be a good combo
-Right now these are like a runaway train - too much chaos

Having said all that - they certainly caught her in quite a few inconsistencies - and she agreed to talk to them so
they were effective to getting us where we are today

I am soured on Scott Reisch from the Suzanne Morphew case
since I believe he is a "shill" for the lawyer for" the husband" who killed Suzanne. I also find Scott ill prepared on most cases.

None of that would affect his audio or video though so thanks for the tip! Law and Crime also great today audio and video

Agree about ScoT. I am sure he is a good, qualified defense lawyer but he appears to side with defense most of the time and not really be up to date on the cases. But that’s just my opinion and I am not a lawyer.

Ditto on L&C feed as they are adjusting audio well to deal with tough feed from Court.

Defendant says she told FD she was leaving him. Two years of torture. She's not used to conflict. But he begged her not to leave him.
I missed that part-where in their history did she say that to him?
