She mentioned a "table saw as big as this table" and other equipment. She also mentioned something about an airfield at the property.I have been n

I will need to listen again to that part of the interview. But, these mentions are very concerning. Is she dropping hints that implicate FD in the potential use of that property but at the same time distancing herself from the place?
I have driven through there many times. I think she mentioned 23 acres. If you have been in the rural areas of New England it sounds so typical. Maybe a few old cars hanging around the property - old tools strewn about - I heard room for a helicopter pad etc . The man wanted to sell to a celebrity - many NYork CIty Hollywood types have second homes a little further west - Litchfield Washington Depot that area - LE should have defintely checked this out - but it does not sound weird to me - the owner wanted to cash out of his property and he thought Fotis was a high roller who could connect him with the right people. (Snipped)
Now she's crying because she has no car, no house. She's upset that she could be prison because of this. Worried she's going to be in jail... "I have a daughter."
OMG, get a grip your beigeness! JFD can't worry about going to jail because she is DEAD at the hands of your lover. Jennifer had TWO daughters and 3 sons! Just get off your high horse you scuzbucket.

(She makes me want to hurl)

They tell her that there's a bit of truth in his lies but Foris is lying to her.

Asking her about a dumpster at 80 MS.

She describes that she isn't an employee of Fore. She uses his credit card for gas and supermarket. She pays for everything for herself or her daughter, she pays.
Notice she did not mention rent, car payment, insurance…

Interesting testimony from MT about the couples finances. She claims that she uses his credit card for food and gas and that her personal expenses and those of her daughter are paid by her. She said if they travel he pays for tickets.

Wonder if this is true?

Edited to add: if she runs short she asks her mom!

She did mention her insurance being paid by her. But interestingly she refers to Colorado condo as hers. So, wonder if she used the settlement $200,000 to buy something in or around Vail?

She seemed to have use of the vehicles so it seems didn’t have her own personal vehicle.

Not true! Jennifer paid, not Fotis!

Yes, definitely hope LE checked it out. In this interview, it seemed like LE shifted very quickly away from that topic after she brought it up. And I personally think justice would be better served looking AWAY from anything MT is bringing up as a likely possibility for placement of JFD remains that MT is happy to spend 24 hours touring LE around (like the bike trails she bought a drawing or map of and like the Farmington properties) and TOWARD something mentioned in passing that implicates FD more than herself.

And a conference room table sized piece of commercial or industrial sized equipment seems like a kind of surface that a Stanley razor scraper could be used to scrape clean.

It strikes me that she is so used to lying. If she gets caught in a lie, she pivots to either emotion/defensiveness/head in hands or she changes the subject to something totally inane.
She is skilled at not answering the questions head on. I bet this has "worked" for her to a degree her whole life since she devotes a lot of energy to talking in circles.
Getting to the bottomline with this woman would be exhausting bc she wants to wear you out - thats her game.

Great description.

I missed that part-where in their history did she say that to him?
MOO

I believe it was current. Just after the 24th. The 25th maybe even? He begged her not to leave him. She also described a different time she was fed up. She was in Colorado, she wanted her skis. But he called her, convinced her not to leave him.
In the interview video, they told her Fotis didn't love her. Was using her, manipulating her, basically making sure she stayed loyal to him.

For what? All of it?
I mean, whatever she said Fotis paid for, Jennifer did. Because he really didn’t have any money-at least none that did not originate with her

Going back to that time, there was huge pressure on LE to find JF and they knew that time was of the essence.

Possibly on the issue of the number of people in the room my guess is that the LE team was sizeable and because of the time issues it made sense to have key people present too.

Part of what was also going on with LE was that the area being searched was sizeable (distance between NC and Farmington was around 60ish miles and surrounding area) and the number of boots on the ground to search was large. Even the local PDs in upstate CT were involved if I recall (eg. Hartford, Farmington, Windsor etc.). LE at the time was not only trying to find JF but checking on the 3 co-conspirators. It was an enormous 24/7 operation that went on for weeks/months.

I'm offering this history up to provide some understanding as to why we might be seeing what we are seeing in terms of urgency from LE.

@gardinista, I absolutely see what you are describing but I think the people in the room might have been divided up into the main people responsible for the various lines of investigation and it was important for them to be able to ask questions to further their line of inquiry imo. Then we see the Prosecutor arrive in this interview and he was overseeing all lines of inquiry. They were trying to do alot of work in a very short period of time imo and sometimes things aren't optimal.

I get it, but this is not the way it is done effectively. Normally, there are 2 LE in the interview room with the suspect and the others are watching from another room. Then occasionally, one of the LEOs in the room leaves to consult with the others to determine new lines of questioning or on zeroing in on previously elicited statements. This is utter chaos to me.

She is IMO a poser, a grifter, but she played this hand badly. It's clear that she was being misled by FD. Gaslit. He played her.

Had she come clean she might've gotten a sweetheart deal, FD would be in prison where he belongs and she'd have gotten a soft sentence. Man, they gave her every opportunity and then some.

And to think all that blame and she never even met Jennifer. Took FD's word without question.

It's really telling. A decent person would have genuinely crumbled, realizing they'd been misled, that they'd played a part, witting or otherwise, in murder. She didn't. Every question, she goes back to the script. Can't supply a natural answer to save her soul. Easy stuff. Did you x? Usually I... what did you wear? Probably I...

These detectives, best I can tell, made a fatal mistake in these interviews. They tried to appeal to her, as a mother.

She seems only to be that when it serves her.

Appealing to her greed might have worked better. It's her language at least.

Greed. Entitlement. Standard of living.

ME ME ME ME ME

So agree! I wonder if this is the period before the cards started getting shut down?

The amount of anger shown on video, when MT is discussing the last visit FD had with the kids at their home was way over the top. It almost seems to me, by her admitting that she threw her phone at FD when 'discussing' it, that she herself was the catalyst in setting this whole thing in motion. MOO

Defendant says Fotis told Jacob he wasn't in Jennifer's house. But maybe a hair. From hugging a child.

They ask her again if Fotis shaved his whole body.

Defendant says that, on the Tuesday, Fotis said they needed to write the timeline. She didn't understand why, she said she had it memorized.
