It was after the 24th. According to the Daily Mail it was two days...June 7th and 9th, so that would have been after the arrest.

To your point in your post above @NCmom99 , this is why I seriously wonder if any drugs were involved. He seemed to escalate quickly and just burn down the house. Not sure how he thought in-law money would keep flowing to him with him not only flaunting the affair but also terrorizing JD and the kids. He's not a dumb guy but he sure became extremely reckless. Perhaps he thought MT's family since they seem well-to-do would supply him with money and then they refused? Or he thought GF would just forgive his loans and he could 'easily' find another lender. GF carries herself with the utmost class and aplomb. I think he's the type of person who reads non-grandiosity as a weakness and didn't think she would sue.

Haha! I do recall posting that ages and ages ago. We have been at this a good long while haven't we my friend!

Brown is a small place and I do find it curious that nobody from that time ever stood up to talk about FD at any point so far as I know.

It seems that FD good friend from that period whose last name was Marsiello iirc really might have been the only person from that period of college who remained a friend. But this is just speculation. I do hope LE looked into the Marsiello connection and loans etc. as there seemed to be alot of money going back and forth and my recollection was that Marsiello went through a contentious divorce around the same times as Dulos v. Dulos was happening.

My recollection is that the FD personal situation really did change once JF father became ill and later passed away as he no longer had anyone looking over his shoulder at FORE. I think the traveling to FL stepped up, drug use might have amped up too and FD took trips without JF more often than not too (Civil Court testimony put these trips on the timeline with FD and MT as early as 2015). Could also be that the Dulos marriage hit the rocks around the same time that JF father passed away? IDK, just speculation.

Just a question as I'm curious what people think. I do wonder why FT just didn't keep MT hidden in the 123 Hunter property in West Hartford and keep the marriage with JF going? Or, perhaps this wasn't even relevant because the Dulos marriage most likely had been on the rocks for awhile in advance of MT affair by all accounts and JF pulled the plug on the marriage and left with the children? I still don't know. We heard LA say on the stand that JF found out about the MT affair in 2017 iirc but I think that was the case in part because MT came to Farmington with her daughter and was supposedly humiliating JF with the local crowd which was obviously upsetting to her. IDK.

I did a bit of a stroll on social media yesterday and was literally stopped in my tracks by the Troconis Crew on their "facts Insta" claiming that FD asked JF for the separation/divorce and as "proof" for this they illegally imo posted documents from the sealed FC documents of FD motion. The Troconis Crew DID not post the JF motion which I believe was substantiated by the LA testimony in this criminal case (as well as the Civil Case and in FC - so on the record testimony to refute the FD divorce timing claims exist in 3 CT Courts I believe) against MT. I guess my question is to anyone that cares to answer because I cannot figure it out: How does it benefit MT for the Troconis Crew to post on social media that FD sought to divorce JF when the timeline and facts of the Family Court timeline DO NOT SUPPORT THAT STATEMENT? Shorter version of question: Why would the Troconis Crew choose to lie about the facts and timing of the Dulos separation/divorce and WHY NOW?

Colour me quite confused.

That statement about who asked for the divorce was in addition to a classic video by TP stating that the, "Troconis Family was told by FD in 2016 iirc that he was involved with an amicable divorce". This was another head scratcher for me as while we know FD was not a well known truth teller (ditto for MT who imo would choose the lie when truth is in her best interest always), this particular lie repeated by the "Baghdad Bob" of this tragedy was interesting as it seemed to that FD was talking about the 'amicable divorce with JF in advance of JF finding out about the affair and asking for divorce".

But, my bigger question is why would the Troconic Crew at this late date want to rewrite history to make it seem that their belief was that FD expected to sail through the divorce and custody process with JF and that the Troconis Crew would next be planning the BIG WHITE WEDDING for their dear daughter MT?

Its always interesting to see people try to rewrite history but I admit to being absolutely baffled by this narrative based on repeating lies of FD told years ago (really no different from repeating the lies of the infamous Dr Herman report that MT and all the Troconis Crew seem to believe is true - its not btw!).

Is this silly PR social media campaign being undertaken by the Troconis Crew because somehow it makes what MT did in terms of having affair with married father of 5 who wasn't even separated at the time it started, somehow less despicable? It also baffles me even more as imo MT doesn't recognise shame as a deterrent for any behaviour and I don't think her family really do either? Why do what they are doing on social media?

I am quite a simple minded person and simply do not understand these PR related machinations from the Troconis Crew. If anyone can school me on what all is going on this this revisionist history being put out on social media I would appreciate it greatly as I simply don't get it. Thank you in advance!

Possible reason for timing if FD disclosure about amicable divorce BEFORE JF knew about MT: he was looking for investment (and acceptance) from Tronconis Family. No way they are going to give money to a man who is married to somone else (and 5 kids).

Just looked at highway cam and Stamford looks ok with possible rain happening. Other areas more inland seem to be getting a light dusting of snow. No school delays in Fairfield county that I can see as snow activity seems limited to upstate areas. As of 6:53am EST.

Did you by any chance ever hear why MT didn't seem to attend her daughters play or graduation on the night before the murder? I just keep thinking about that issue and don't get why she wouldn't be there if its an important event for her daughter?

Her daughters school asked her not to attend her daughters graduation. I will see if I can find where I saw that.

I would PAY MONEY to learn more about Mama Troconis reading list as perhaps it can tell us where JF is buried (or not)! In fact that would be I think an excellent post to possibly GUESS what might be on her reading list.

Nope. Mama Troconis is truly the shining STAR of the Troconis Crew. Her testimony (on the Troconis Crew insta for those interested) about how her computer was taken from her even though she was a visitor by LE when they searched the house truly was inspired imo. She sounded so irritated that I'm surprised she didn't hit the LE officer with her purse and demand her computer back on the spot! I don't think there is an actress out there that could possibly be cast as her as she would HAVE to play herself in any movie imo! She is one in a billion!

Seriously though the MT LE testimony conviced me that MT doesn't move without Mama Troconis 'blessing' [staying in theme with the rosary praying Troconis Crew from Courthouse last week]. But, what I thought was even more interesting and telling was that Mama Troconis supposedly told MT IN SPANISH BTW TP to NOT SPEAK TO LE. And what happens next? MT talks to LE 3 times? Perhaps MT doesn't speak Spanish? I still am wondering about this (not the Spanish but speaking with LE and only lying even when the States Atty is in the room saying a deal is possible)....any ideas?

This is the theory that forms in my head when I read the above:

Dulos and his now-suspended attorney had more influence over Michelle than her mother did.

Mother said don't talk to LE.

Fotis allegedly said "stay strong" "stick to it," (as Troconis told LE in a police interview during which LE were quite transparently attempted to drive a wedge between Troconis and Fotis. And I think they made some compelling arguments as to why she should be afraid. I would have thrown in that he is attempting to separate her from her daughter. Coffee and garbage night over seeing your daughter in a play? I'd watch that play 20 times if my child played any part in it.)

But, in spite of police pressure and Mother pressure, Michelle yielded to Fotis pressure and continued to falsely alibi Fotis, explain his poison ivy, etc.

Unlike Fotis, who undoubtedly would have punished Michelle as severely as possible for non compliance (and LE could have pointed out his POI status did neuter him significantly) Michelle's mother did not stop supporting herwhen she did not follow her (sound) advice to not talk with LE. Talking to LE, feigning cooperation, was for Fotis' benefit only.

Her daughters school asked her not to attend her daughters graduation. I will see if I can find where I saw that.

I worked at that school as an administrator, though not at the time of this event. They have the safety of the community as a priority, and anyone potentially associated with something like this would have been asked to stay away. Alumni who invest in the school would have had significant influence. As a school spokesperson, I would not have been able to speak w the media and we would have kept everything internal and extremely quiet, and media attending to get a shot of MT at graduation, always held outside, would have been a huge distraction and also would have scared the students. They did the right thing.

Yes, he stalked JF and "ran" into her allegedly at Aspen Airport.

I still admit to being fascinated by how he 're-hooked up with' Anna Curry. She is someone that I really would love to hear from as she seems like an intelligent person, knew all the press on the story and YET gave FD virtually all of her money for the bail bond fraud. She was lucky that it was Corrupticut and so she wasn't prosecuted but what could she have been thinking????

I have been wondering why Anna Curry has not figured into any testimony at all, or even media reports. She was witness to his last few months, his interactions, and certainly subjected to his manipulation. She must have some insight.

I would have to go back, but I am fairly certain it did have a time stamp (and maybe date). Not sure if the accuracy of that time stamp has been verified though.
