I have been wondering why Anna Curry has not figured into any testimony at all, or even media reports. She was witness to his last few months, his interactions, and certainly subjected to his manipulation. She must have some insight.

She didn’t speak to media, blanked social media, IMO lawyered up (was Pattis trying to get in there at one point? Gross). ETA: Daily Mail & I believe NY Post had several articles on her. I assume once she got free from FD’s family’s clutches she had friends and loved ones talk sense into her.

And did I see here that she’s on the State’s witness list? All speculation.

That said… to associate at all with a man arrested for felony murder of his wife, with longtime sketchy gf barely out of his (JF’s!!!!) bed?! Even if he was a past beloved coworker? Let alone share daily life (and perhaps more) with him?!

I know, shouldn’t be surprised. If she’s come to (which I hope), can imagine plenty of fear. I pray that if she has important info to share, that she has/does and has the support and protection she needs.

Mixed feelings here. Will leave it at that.

Regular juror 62 has to be replaced by an alternate. Juror 62 had an emergency and had to leave the country today. Clerk will draw the name of an alternate to replace them.

Clerk received a message from Juror #62 had to attend to an emergency and leave the country. An alternate name can be drawn. Defense declined reviewing the names. Madam Clerk draws #399.

I’m just beginning to get back into this after having followed closely for a long while from when JF first went missing until (and somewhat after) FD was found in his garage on the day he was likely going to be sent back to jail. So tragic for JF’s children, family & friends. And so cowardly of FD. I know this has probably been covered extensively (I’m sure it was and I’ve forgotten) but… wasn’t there a security camera at JF’s driveway? Is there any video of JF arriving home after dropping the kids off at school (did all 5 attend the same school?). Did she park inside, in the left garage bay? Was there video of the suburban leaving the garage later? I know that there is video camera footage of FD riding his distinctive bike towards JF’s home early that morning. No video footage of him riding up the driveway or through the yard? No video footage of him there at all? How did he get in the garage? Did he follow her in or was he lying in wait inside? This is a nightmare to even wonder about. TIA.
