Full-on Lady Macbeth hands. (FYI She was the catalyst for the murder and also an accessory)
I need to watch it again, but there's no way I'm not going to be able to think of anything except Lady Macbeth now!

State says no one is going to ask any witness if this is the Tacoma, only if it's consistent with one.

State is calling out the Defense for vague motions.

Judge says it's a unique situation when there's audio or video of a defendant and LE asking questions. The point of the interview is to elicit answers. 6 hours so far. The whole video goes to the credibility of the defendant.

First time poster...live in CT and been interested in the case since day 1. I know there was a warrant a few years back that went into detail about the burner phones/the black suburban in the neighborhood behind Jennifers house. Where is that now? Why can't I find that anywhere...Sorry been trying to read through the 100's of threads here!
Welcome! There's A LOT of info here and a lot of us have been here for years, so definitely ask any questions you have!

Does JS never tire of embarassing himself?! Geez

Is the male interpreter exceptionally loud today?

The judge says (for the Defense) to preclude opinion testimony while offering as evidence a clip where an officer vociferously questions the credibility of the defendant is ingenuois. At cross purposes with itself.

I just want to clarify that according to the Arrest Warrant, KM claimed that on 5/25/2019 he had suffered a concussion and broke his phone as a result of a fall. So, KM’s phone would still have been intact to receive the call from FD at the conclusion off the Albany Ave evidence dumping run.

So, it was “the night after this KM falls down stairs…” rather than “the night before this…” (“this” being the call KM received from FD on Albany Ave).
Yes! My apologies!

Good morning ... can someone explain to me why we have to hear the translator?
UGH... I find it so distracting (my ADHD is showing LOL).
Hope it's a good day for Jennifer!

You can tell how concerned JS is about all this testimony that will be coming up.

Is it possible that you are remembering details from the 467 pages of search warrants relating to this case that were released in January 2020? Those included many details that don’t appear in the Arrest Affidavits.

Many of us saved pdf’s of those documents when MSM provided links to them. Unfortunately, while you can still find MSM reports about the SW’s released, their links to pdf’s of the 467 pages of documents are now broken.
Might be the case....and as I said - I am local to CT...at some points I was being texted documents that I am not even sure the media was releasing...but now I can't find them in my phone!!!!

State raising a separate issues. He's calling a witness whose action was based on executing the search warrant. He doesn't want to create issues regarding probable cause.

Judge says it's okay to say they were pursuant to a search warrant.

JS pops up again, saying the search warrant is full of inaccuracies and if the State brings up the SW, it's an open door.

State offers which questions will be asked.
Argues against the Defense's representation that the AW contained falsehoods. That's already been litigated.

Judge is not going to relitigate probable cause. Frank's hearing, already heard and decided.

Now JS is arguing under completion -- that the State is going to show three second clips showing a red truck, but JS has watched ten minutes of video and seen many red trucks. He wants the State to play all the video.

Judge rules can JS can address the probative value of the video through cross.

This does not have the one I am referring too.....I KNOW I am not crazy....some one has to have it, it talks about: Android phones/computers/ipads/Google Accounts/Mentions of the "other" black suburban being in the neighborhood next to Jennifers and the markings from recent accident...it even had details/forensics about the license plate screws on the Tacoma showing signs of being removed/put back on....someone has to know what I am talking about - where is that one?!?!

thanks for the info ... I was going to ask someone where I could find SW.
This problem explains why I can't find certain things I remember as well. It must have been in those search warrants. I am NOT one of the forward-thinking people who saved the documents.

Glad I am not crazy - thank you all!
