MOO

my personal theory-- FD shaved his head and wore PG's hoodie and drove his truck in order to bypass the neighbor's security camera. Nothing to see here, just a contractor contracting between properties. And was wearing the defendant's shoes and clothing, plus a ball cap so he could trick the cameras near Welles. Nothing to see here, just "Jennifer" driving her Suburban. Potentially just "Jennifer" in and around her driveway.

Oh, how I wish FD could be here to see his clever handiwork exposed on the big screen!

MOO
Yes, and some think perhaps upon reading the AA for arrest of FD it was evident. I recall reading that AA early on in this case, and was amazed by the evidence, CCTV, school bus cameras, etc. (I can’t quite recall all the dates, but the AA seems to be dated circa January 6 or 7, 2020. And reports are that he attempted suicide and died approximately 2 days later circa January 31, 2020.) MOO

JS on cross

Judge admonishes twice loudly, "we are not going to have a dispute in the gallery!"

(No explanation.)

JS is going to show his own videos. First JS plays the State's clip.

JS is asks the witness if the driveway at 77 MS is crescent shape with a Atchison driveway. Witness does not recall. Asks if the driveway looks wet. Witness can't say. JS asks about rain from midnight forward. Witness doesn't recall.

JS asks about landscaping blocking the view, can't identify the driver....

Asks if he ever saw a vehicle enter 80 MS. No.

I saw this on Facebook I think, they were comparing handwriting. Seems like the handwriting is all over the board.

Geez…JS still asking about that rain…

He jumps around too much. I don't get a clear understanding of what he is trying to do. Who cares about the long driveway with 2 entrances of 77 MS? Then the field and trees of 80 MS. He just throws stuff out and doesn't tie it up. Terrible lawyer IMO

JS shows the aerial again. 77 MS has two entrances. 80 MS, only one.

Now we're looking at an aerial of 4J.

JS asks the witness to identify where he first encountered PG. Cannot recall.

[The above took JS 15 minutes and a lot of word salad.]

Be assured it's no accident. He's trying to give importance to unimportant things and distract from important things.

Magic.

But I agree, he's a terrible magician.

JS is asking about the driver staring straight ahead, despite all the LE activity at 4J. Witness says at some point it would have had to turn around, to drive past again.

JS is asking how he stopped PG. Stepped in the road and raised his hand. PG stopped.

Lord. JS is talking about "electric buttons" to lower a car window.

OMG, this is like watching paint dry. I feel bad for the jury.

JS is reviewing his testimony on direct. Witness says PG told him he was an employee, was there to drop off some hand tools, having come from NC.

He was breathing heavy. Yes
His carotid artery was pulsing. Yes. His heart rate was elevated.

He was perspiring, shirt was wet to the touch. Soaking wet.

JS: you questioned him about how sweaty he was? Yes

JS: he told you he removed seats to put in his truck. He didn't say he was told to do that by anyone. Correct.

Witness says, after Witness asked if there was anything (illegal) I'm the car, PG offered it for search. But then withdrew it because it belonged to his boss.

Seats were on their side in the rear cargo area.

Hand tools and paper towels on the seat.

Indeed it is.
A very very lengthy and Beige cross.

( Dying to know what the 'discussion' in the gallery was )

JS wants this witness to identify MT’s mother in the courtroom

Objection

Judge: she is not on trial…SUSTAINED

  • #814
JS is showing a photo with the witness and FD and MT. May 31st.

Asking if the mother and daughter were there that day, yes.

JS asks the witness to identify Mrs Troconic.

Objection

Judge says, she's not on trial.

Now a photo of the witness, FD, MT, N, and Mrs. Troconis.

JS who decided that FD and MT should go to Litchfield? Was not the witness' decision.

JS asks about MT collecting an overnight bag. Witness watched to make sure nothing from the SW was taken. Mrs. Troconis packed a bag for N.

Asks the witness if he recalls being in the office. He was not.

Witness testifies he now knows where the office is but did not, then.

I would seriously suspect that some of the juries are booking emergencies in the near future. The detective is amazingly patient.

JS is asking about when he saw MT at Litchfield. That MT had her head between her legs, was shaking, upset.

Judge strikes portion where witness describes MT and FD exchanging looks, nonverbal communication.

JS asks if FD gave a more stern look then his client gave him. Yes.

JS asks about 80 MS if he ever saw a car arrive at 80 MS. He says no but he did see a vehicle drive past.

[I hope LE investigated  that car and all traffic on 5/23!]

Man, I hope so also.

JS: when you went to PG's house, what time was it? I don't recall but he signed a consent form (to download his phone) and that will have a timestamp.

JS asks about the conversation that witness had with PG's attorney who objected without a warrant.

Objection, sustained.

Witness told the witness that without consent it'd be months vefore he'd get his phone back. Voluntarily turned it over.

PG gave a DNA sample.
