JS does not disappoint. He describes the last minute, locating the Stop and Shop.

God Almighty, LUNCH until 2:10.

The jury may never return after lunch.

Why are we watching drone footage of all of Connecticut?
Likely prep for whatever JAS will give his own testimony about with the next witness or two.

JS did you have a point ? Was it to show the jurors how easy Fotis could have gotten to 80 Mt Spring through the woods on a dirt bike ? BC that is what I saw. Who's side is this guy on? He called Bowman old but he appears to me to be the same vintage -
That was such a waste of everyone's time - he hired a drone to fly that route - I hope the Troconis' think they are getting their money's worth. BC that cross went nowhere. Again.

JS's introduction of "Mama T." reminded me of a question I had.
Do we know if any of Jennifer's family or friends are in the gallery?

my personal theory-- FD shaved his head and wore PG's hoodie and drove his truck in order to bypass the neighbor's security camera. Nothing to see here, just a contractor contracting between properties. And was wearing the defendant's shoes and clothing, plus a ball cap so he could trick the cameras near Welles. Nothing to see here, just "Jennifer" driving her Suburban. Potentially just "Jennifer" in and around her driveway.

Oh, how I wish FD could be here to see his clever handiwork exposed on the big screen!

Do you know if we ever had any confirmation about whether the clothing item/s that TP held onto to for over a year and then hired an attorney to deliver them to LE could/perhaps/maybe be the PG hoodie? So far as I know TP was never charged with hindering and tampering and also so far as I know was not censored by the Court or the CT Bar as I believe he should have been given that he held on to case related evidence for a long period with zero notice upon receipt of the item to law enforcement.

From what I understand this item was disallowed from trial. Welcome to CT folks where attorneys can hold on to case evidence with no fear of consequences from either the Court or CT Bar and then have that evidence excluded from the trial of their client.

I would seriously suspect that some of the juries are booking emergencies in the near future. The detective is amazingly patient.
We've already had one flee the jurisdiction!

I'm way behind because of work, but Judge Randolph is SO over this circus today.

Exactly.

He handed that to the Prosecution.

I hope Atty McGuinness lands that plane on redirect!!

I want him to ask only one question.

You just watched that video showing the various properties we are now familiar with. How hard would it be to bike downhill from 4JC to 80 MS?

No further questions.

Seriously. I was wondering about FD's arrival to 80 MS and how he pulled that off. Not wondering now. Thank you, JS!

Will JS object to JS after lunch?

exactly! JS paid for the expensive video so needs to use it.
Shot in winter, thank you, so we can better see all the ways can travel on dirt bike, mountain bike, foot.
Drone is so whizzy, like those buttons on electric windows! Showing off his drone footage to destination: guilty.

This judge has a way with words…at times…

Regarding Kimball's testimony, the judge cited the six hours of video showing Kimball and other investigators questioning Troconis.

"To suggest that the officer’s opinion about credibility should not be admitted, that’s like saying the caboose is pulling the engine," Randolph said. "The court finds that argument unconvincing."

We only saw the video, did not get to see the defendant while it was being played...

but

and I'm going to be honest here

this is the one time that, if she was playing with her phone, I couldn't blame her.

What was the point of that?

Whatever his intent, IMO he failed spectacularly.

This entire drone flyover reminds me of when people can't hit the page or word count for an essay and just add a bunch of filler and make the font huge.

I could hear her and the female attorney whispering a few times. They know there is a mute button on the mic because I've see the female attorney press/hold it a few times.

That but so much worse.

He played it right after asking the witness if he'd seen any other vehicles arrive at 80 MS.

If WE are making the connection between 4 JC and 80 MS and how closely they're posited, so is the jury!

Exhibit goes to the Prosecution!
