Did anyone else hear Manning stumble over her words talking about witnesses for tomorrow? I swear she started to say "big witness," but stopped herself and changed her phrasing. Is there a chance we get PG tomorrow???

I just went back to listen. It sounded like some witnesses were on vacation/scheduling problems. They would have someone there at 10:00 am, but it may end a bit early tomorrow.

I would expect that PG would take up at least a full day. moo

What a fiasco !!
Who escorts their lover, who is under high suspicion and scrutiny for the disappearance of his estranged wife, to a car wash/ detail job for his employees vehicle? Dumb azz.

The continuous objections and attempted cross exam for that will be epic, I am certain.

Thanks to JS and his New England drone footage, we now have a really good idea how FD got to 80 MS!

We still don't know whether or where he may have had a kill site but he could have covered a lot of ground overnight. We don't really know where the defendant slept that night but good chance FD didn't sleep anywhere.

IIRC he returned from his bizarre meat and greet with KM on the 23rd. At least his phone made it back to 4 JC. And then he was off grid, by design, for the entire night. IMO he was somewhere between 80 MS and the motocross reservoir

I wish we could see an aerial time lapse of vehicles coming and going... where FD's Suburban was at, say, 5am on the 24th. If KM was driving it, how did he get it from 4 JC and get it back to 4 JC?

If FD motorcrossed to 80 MS over night, then he only left in the Tacoma and there's no surveillance of him having arrived in a different vehicle, like he airdropped in.

I'd sure like to see the drawing of that! Seriously, he and KM must have had quite the flow chart between them! Probably what they were finalizing and immortalizing the night before.

Just dang his luck, hadn't considered school bus cctv. Grand plan, busted.

Question for the defense: if PG murdered JFd, um, what was his motive? And why would FD be detailing PG's truck?

Senseless.

JS revealed their strategy today. The one element the State doesn't have to prove, he's going to tackle motive. FD was happy, happy, happy with his favorable report so had no motive to do away with JFd. And he needs the Herman report to do it. (Setting up for appeal?) Why is he not sanctioned every time he refers to an already settled issue?????

FD had motive.

The defendant had motive. Motive enough that she was willing to conspire.

FD had means. He had methods. He had vehicles. He had time.

Plus there's a lot of trial left!
