He went back to ask about mitrochondral dna because the lady from the lab who said its a barrell of garbage was insistant it was nuclear dna or not. He said any dna right before ending and she gave him a look as if he didnt know anything . Js didnt know the difference imo. He looked it up and is asking this one about it.( back to the blue striped shirt)
Thats my opinion of it.

She cannot say how or when a sample got on a surface.

State asks hypothetical -- if someone used that sponge to clean PG's truck, coukd it had picked up that hair?

JS objects. No evidence that sponge was used.

State asks if it's true that all PG was eliminated from all the items from Hartford.

Objection. Judge says State can ask tge question differently.

State asks it differently. Of the list of items, PG was eliminated from every profile? Eliminated or inconclusive but no positive associations.

After that quick sidebar that prosecution requested, then court adjourned for the day, I got a feeling that the state was maybe telling the judge that they didn’t want to break up the testimony from their next witness that would be long….just a guess…but maybe PG?

The prosecution just essentially eliminated him from that testing.

First she could have touched him in the Raptor. Secondary transfer.

Then she could have inadvertently touched the next bag while removing a bag while inside cleanity cleaning.

Then because he understands mitochondrial DNA like a 5th grader, maybe the daughter or mother touched the bag when they were cleaning so it's not MT at all....

And that's why there's such a teeny tiny bit of nanopicomichi.
