Took defendant 5-10 minutes to arrive.

FD gave him his keys.

Dulos, taking the Raptor. PG, taking the Tacoma. Didn't recall what MT was driving.

Didn't notice anything about the Tacoma, no blood.

Yesterday's posts imo looked like a druken texting rant gone really really badly....AND still attempting to blame PG which imo given what we are hearing today continues to be a SHAMEFUL attempt to defame an innocent and hard working man.

Went to 585. FD followed, rode together in the Raptor to 4 JC to get his dirt bike. Had to boost the battery.

Throughout, FD was normal.

Doesn't recall seeing the defendant.

Jump started the dirt bike, drove it to Deercliff, loaded it and the 2 x 10. Stopped by his neighbor's to let his dog out. Had a conversation with his wife, would come back later.

PG and immunity

In 2019 PG got an attorney. A Dulos lawyer referred him.

PG's attorney met with Colangelo. Verbal agreement put in writing in Dec of 2023.

Wouldn't be charged with hindering an investigation.

Had an ad to sell lawn mower on Craigslist.

Objection overruled.

Sold lawn mower.

Objection. Judge asks where he's going with this. Sustained.

Party started around lunch time.

FD called him. Afternoon. That he needed PG to call him on this phone, didn't have his phone.

On the 26th, FD called again. From the new phone number.

FD told PG that Jennifer was missing. Wishes she would show up, she's not capable of looking after the children. [I think I heard that right. ]

Tuesday, May 28. Returned to work. Drove the Tacoma. Went to 4 JC at 8am.

Went into the kitchen. To ask what vehicle to take and leave him a key.

Saw FD and MT. In the kitchen.

FD said Jennifer is still missing. MT said it could be the lawyers, playing games.

FD asked PG where he was on Friday. NC. FD asked if he had any contractors with him. Didn't recall.

FD asked him if he had called him on Friday. PG took out his phone to check. FD took his phone. Had it for 5 minutes.


FD said police took his phone, atty told him to write a timeline and FD told PG write a timeline.

Found it strange, said no.

What am I going to do? The police are going to come and I'm going to read a piece of paper? No.

MT said she wasn't going to do one too.

Fotis even asked PG to write a timeline. He refused.

MT then said she wasn’t going to write one either.

PG left the Tacoma key. Took the Jeep.

Trying to watch and work is not easy but I am blown away that it appears this "nookying against the car" business did not happen. Was a disgusting concept to begin with. MOO. Go Pawel, you poor guy, being dragged into this. How can they even try to pin this on him, he had no skin in the game for Jennifer to be gone.

FD had a lab, JFd had a chihuahua. The lab got hit, PG took it to the vet. Spoke to FD a day or two after. Asked him how the dog was doing. MT was present, by the garages. Beckham was ill, have to put her to sleep. "Can you believe J won't let the children say goodbye to the dog?"

PG says MT that b*tch should be buried right next to him.

PG looked over at the jury when he was allowed to use curse words and told them more precisely what MT said.

It's the first time we've heard anything negative spoken about or by her in court. I'm so glad MT hasn't been around the precious 5 children since the conspiracy to murder their mom was discovered. No way she loved Jennifer's children. MT was able to say harmful things by wishing for Jennifer to be buried with the beloved pet.
