"Was it a big salad with lots of stuff in it?" "Did the children use utensils?"
These questions. Oh brother.
Ah! Connection to JS client at last.
Didn’t MT state in her police interview that she made the Greek salad FD brought for the picnic that day?

JS is showing a photo of the back yard at Welles.

Enough chairs for everyone.

FD brought a big salad.

Children used plates? I don't recall

Did they use utensils? Yes

Did they go inside to get drinks? I don't recall.

Visit ended just after 7:30

Entire interaction between FD and JFd was cordial? Yes. Normal tones? Yes

JFd left to take a child to LaCrosse, returned.

JS asking if FD went inside? No
Walking around looking in windows? No

Normal conversation about school, waterskiing..

JS testifies that FD had visitation on Saturday. Witness was unaware.

SO much for not wanting to waste time. Wasting time per TP is only DONE BY STATE!

Unreal and so disappointing to see things play out this way.
MOO

MT seems to be quite invested in sideline discussions with this witness. Hmmm....why?

Nice catch!
Agreed! Didn't know that but may make sense why he asked that question... still sounded weird. Reminded me of a Seinfeld episode

L&C Chat I think deserves its own thread here on WS for this case!

Funny one shortly ago:

Is this guy even prepared????

That chat is on fire today....

The clown show continues

JS provides the three page report.

The State provides the legalese to enter it. JS doesn't know how to mark it for exhibit. Lord.

  • #55
JS: just a few more questions

Sigh

Judge R: where is this going? We’ve heard about salad 3 times.
