There was a panty liner with reddish brown stain inside the knotted trash bag.

We have not heard about this before.

Was sent for testing. Will be VERY interesting to see the results of these tests.

State enters a stipulation regarding the FedEx envelope and plates.

Witness describes appearance of the altered license plates.

Witness removed the adhesive, took swabbings from below the tape, hoping any biological material might have been protected by tape.

Did not see any bloodlike substances, samples were taken for touch DNA.

She peeled layers of tape apart, swabbed both sides of tape.
