Reading this hurts my heart. Sounds like FD was being relatively charming and cordial, lulling JFD into a false sense of security.
Classic narc tactic imo and JF was simply being cordial for the children. After hearing more about that very staged and supervised event it becomes clearer to me at least as to why FD And MT acted when they did as they had to have known that the situation was not going to change quickly and certainly not as the result of Herman report which was tossed by Judge Heller from Family Court. Please remember this truth of the situation every time “Esteemed Defence Counsel” pops up like a whack a mole on the topic of the Herman report. He is not telling the truth as to the reality of the situation imo.

The reality of the situation was that neither FD nor MT had any more money to fund the Family court process and FD knew this. At that time JF was spending over $50,000 a month on family court matter for legal fees and supervision. FD was hemorrhaging cash to keep the houses Fore had current with taxes and maintenance etc., wasn’t paying child support, wasn’t paying mortgage on 4jx and his houses weren’t salable. He testified in Civil case that Fore had no revenue. My guess is that MT was paying for gas and food as FD had effectively run out of cash.

Listening to the restrictions of supervised visits all I could think of is how it would have enraged FD. It must have taken everything he had to allow his children to seeing him supervised as if he were a child too!

It’s mind blowing to me that FD and MT would ever think that FD was “winning”! FD was under court ordered mental health treatment at the time and the process to a return to unsupervised visitation is not a quick process either.

I do wonder how much Mama Troconis told MT about what exactly supervised visitation meant? MT had been banned from the dulos children too and so I’m not sure how she thought that could be changed overnight either. I don’t believe that JF would have accepted MT as a parent proxy for visits with the children absent a lot of professional evaluation and this prospect would have enraged FD and MT but the case was far from this stage as FD exploded and murdered JF with the assistance of MT and KM!

With all that was going on in family court there is no way imo that FD and MT could honestly believe they were winning. None.

MOO

Totally agree. IMO FD told people he was winning as to throw off any future speculation and plant seeds in the minds of those who he told so if need be they could testify on his behalf. JMO
