Completely agree. JD's mom sounds like she has a crackerjack legal team and they have had litigation on the issue of the loans for awhile now. I was concerned though when I read the Farmingdale house was going into foreclosure and I haven't had time to research whether there was a lender attached to the mortgage or not. My sad suspicion is that the money borrowed from all sources is long gone and/or hidden. The Argentina connection via the live-in GF is also troubling as its relatively easy to get a passport (fake or real) and moving cash into the country can be accomplished relatively easily via bribery, especially for euros and dollars. I hope the State team is pulling in the financial forensic experts to pull apart the situation as it most likely will be a complex web of corporations IMO that local police wouldn't be equipped to research.

Fotis made a call to 911 on Wednesday when FOX 61 was outside his Jefferson Crossing home. FOX 61 reporter Carmen Chau and a photographer were seeking an interview Wednesday and no one answered the door. While it appeared no one was home, Dulos called Farmington Police asking for an officer to come to the neighborhood. The officer did approach the FOX 61 crew and requested they not return to the neighborhood after recording video.

Thinking of various scenarios of what could have happened in that short time. LE had to be quickly checking out the movement of the STBX, I would think starting Friday night. Someone had to harm her, remove her from the scene, clean it up and move her vehicle to another site and most likely dispose of her body after dark. I think her family and friends were looking for her very soon after her missed appoinments, so the window of time is really short. Someone is very nervous right now...imo

The police typically patrol through Waveny at night as the park technically closes at sunset. They would have noticed a parked car on the perimeter of the park as that would be unusual after dark. My guess is that this was the time when they found the car and it was reported the next day to the public as there was alot of confusion with the initial silver alert. I checked at the police station today and did not see the SUV parked there so it perhaps was taken someplace else for processing. IDK and this is pure speculation on my part.

Knowing the area, I highly doubt that STBX was involved with this site, if in fact she is there. However, someone could have been hired to dispose of her there.

I don’t think he ever lived at the New Canaan house so unless he got the garage door code from one of the children, he didn’t likely have it. I wonder how he could have gotten into that house without breaking in? It’s possible he had to break in or else maybe the oldest child had a key and he copied it. It’ll all likely come out, I think. Hopefully, soon.

If anyone had access to her car, they would have had access to her garage door opener. Or, had the killer had gotten on the property as she was leaving to drop off the kids, they could have snuck into the house as the garage door was closing.

I think that we are going to find out very soon what happened to this poor woman.

@otto so glad to see you have joined the case!!! We had questions about what info could be gained from the GPS in the Suburban that JD was driving and that was found parked near Waveny Park. Similar to the DNV case the Suburban seems to come standard with OnStar but we weren't sure about any other GPS tracking that might come in the Suburban. In my experience the Suburban can have many bells and whistles depending on the trim package chosen and I couldn't figure out which model she had of the available trim packages for the 2017 model year.

It's possible that GPS helped locate the vehicle, but there's no guarantee that her vehicle was used to put her somewhere. My guess is that her phone would be more helpful. If she normally had it turned on, and then it was turned off, that would be where and when something happened to her. She could be transported in any other vehicle from that point on.

According to our partners at the Hartford Courant, "State police are currently searching the Albany area of Hartford for evidence possibly related to the missing mother Jennifer Farber Dulos from New Canaan."

If you listen to the video it appears that State Police looked at the CCTV of bakery that is in front of the storm drain that was investigated today using a diver. It also appears that both Hartford Fire and Police are involved with helping the State Police. The reporter said they didn't have a clear understanding from the State Police why this area of Hartford became a focus this afternoon but that they are continuing to investigate. Kudos to the local TV for sending crews to Farmington, New Canaan and now Hartford! I've seen so many cases where local media waits for a press conference to do anything and in this case the local press seems to be chasing this story vigorously which is encouraging IMO.

He would not have to appear at depositions. They are often done in attorney's offices and don't require him to be there in the room with any or all people to be deposed.

Additionally, he has backtracked on asking for production of documents from her. Again, he has to do nothing --not show up or anything.

The Reporter on the video that was posted shortly ago by Channel 8 said that the Hartford investigation was driven by a request from State Police. State Police called Hartford Fire and Police for the on the ground assistance. Great to see all these groups working together and across multiple towns IMO as it can get tricky but it appears State Police are driving the bus so to speak.
