Or, an informant/person involved with her disappearance. (This is my best bet as the area and scope is too specific.)

I visited FD's business web site and noticed a home his company had built at 61 Sturbridge Hill Rd. New Canaan. It was to have been finished in January of this year. I can't find that it has been sold, it is listed on Zillow.
Who holds the keys to an unsold home on the market. Would FD have access to the keys and therefore the house?

If it's listed w/ a real estate agent, then owner makes keys for agent
and keeps one for himself. If owner/builder is listing their own property then they alone would have keys. sometimes a lock box
is put on a door w/ key pad or coded access and key to home is inside.

State police obtain DNA samples from estranged husband of Jennifer Farber Dulos, missing New Canaan mother of five

SABBM:
State police investigating the disappearance of missing New Canaan mother Jennifer Farber Dulos have obtained DNA samples from her estranged husband Fotis Dulos, sources have told the Courant.

The new developments in the case come after police obtained surveillance video of Dulos in a Hartford neighborhood where police conducted an extensive search for evidence Friday, sifting through trash cans and scoring dumpsters for several hours.

Detectives had a search warrant seeking DNA and hair samples. Dulos left the house with the companion and drove in his own black SUV with a convoy of state police detectives to Litchfield to give DNA and hair samples. Once they were taken Dulos was allowed to leave and wasn’t detained or questioned at the barracks, sources said.

Police activity continues around Jennifer Dulos’ estranged husbands home in Farmington. Police have obtained a warrant to search the home according to the Hartford Courant. @FOX61News has been on scene all morning. We will keep you updated on the latest.

Police Using Camera Surveillance, Warrants In Search For Missing Mom Of Five

"The New Canaan Police and Connecticut State Police are continuing the search for Jennifer Dulos and for evidence related to the disappearance of Jennifer," New Canaan Police Department Lieutenant and Investigative Commander Jason Ferraro said on Saturday, June 1. "This search has expanded beyond New Canaan into other towns and cities in Connecticut.

"The criminal investigation into this case is continuing and it does involve securing search warrants. No comment at this time will be offered on details relating to locations of search warrants or details of what items are listed on the search warrants."

"We will not discuss any possible persons of interest/suspects as this investigation is active and ongoing," Ferraro said.

Ferraro confirmed no arrest has been made.
