Police have issued a Silver Alert for a 3-year-old girl missing from Hartford.

Keiliany Hidalgo is described as 3-foot, 30 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing multi-colored pajamas, a pink coat and pink booties.

No other details were immediately available.

How in the holy cows do you lose a 3 yr old and have no information?

It's not like she slipped out the front do while you were sleeping, or how would you know she had her coat on? Did she get left in a vehicle and someone snatched her out? Surely there is loads more to this than what is being said.
