Kurran S. Rai has been missing since Nov. 7. He was last seen at his home in South Windsor. He was wearing pajama bottoms and a gray t-shirt. He drove off in a 2006 white Audi 2.0 with registration plate AP63839.

Circumstances of Disappearance
Victim was living with his parents when he left the home in an Audi A4 white (CT. AP63839) and has not been seen since. His phone his no longer pinging - last use was at his residence. There has been no activity through his bank / debit card or credit cards. No LPR hits locally or in surrounding states. No note left behind. No social media posts.

Re: Missing Persons Case
On Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at about 2 p.m. South Windsor Police detectives located the missing vehicle in Manchester. The vehicle contained the body of the missing individual, Kurran Rai. His death does not appear suspicious. The cause and manner of death is under investigation by both Manchester Police investigators and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. Kurran’s family has been notified and we will continue to support them as the investigation continues.
