Michael Perry, 55, who has gray hair and blue eyes and is 6 foot 1 and weighs 190 pounds, has been missing from Groton since Tuesday. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and jeans and was possibly headed to Waterbury in a gray Chrysler 2000 series with Connecticut registration AU95322.

Michael Perry, 55, of 69 Nantucket Drive, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.
