39-year-old Michael Singarella has been missing since April 18. He is described a a man with white skin, blue eyes and brown hair. They also say he stands around 5'9" and weighs approximately 150 pounds.

Authorities were unable to give a clothing description or a photo of Singarella. His last known location was not provided.
