We have issued a SILVER ALERT for Stephen Mooney who has not been seen since last night when he left his residence in Foxon on foot. Mooney is described as a white male, 5’ 7”, 160 lb. blond hair, blue eyes, full beard, LSW khaki shorts, turquoise and white striped polo shirt, and white Nike sneakers with red bottoms. Mooney also has a leprechaun tattoo on his left arm and a cross on his chest.
