Turner would later admit to police that she had fallen into a deep sleep after being "up all night partying" where she consumed marijuana.

a Good Samaritan in the area found the child after the fall wandering around suffering from head injures.

he is being treated for a skull fracture and cranial bleeding.

According to police, the babysitter, 25-year-old Chantel Turner, fell asleep while watching the boy. The child was able to open up a window in the home around 5:30 p.m. and walk out onto a 25-foot-high roof where he fell from.
& The reason that he was able to open the window was also because of the babysitter who left clothes out to dry! :groucho:
