I don't think he had the resources to set himself up as a day trader. Maybe I am wrong. Maybe he did have thousands of dollars of cash flow to make daily trades on the stock market. I just don't think he did, but maybe I am underestimating him, who knows?

You don't have to do it with your own money, and you don't have to do it independently. IF (big if) he were licensed, he could have been working for a brokerage house, or something like that.

IMO, he is not a day trader. I read somewhere that a neighbor said he had asked him for work at some point. I think he is a day worker or day laborer. In my town, those without steady jobs can show up at a parking lot near town by 6am. Farmers, construction workers, etc will show and give a day job to someone that suits there needs. MOO JMO

That's what I've been trying to say. Possibly he USED to be a day trader at whatever level, but he would have lost that after the felony conviction, for sure. He wouldn't want to publicize that!

Though a friend tells me another slang meaning of day trader is somebody who goes to the casinos in the middle of the day...

The morning snowfall did nothing to deter family and friends gathered Wednesday for the funeral service at St. Andrew Catholic Church for Christine Holloway, who was found dead Dec. 2 and whose toddler daughter is still missing.

In the wake of the tragedy, people have rallied around the Holloway family, including Wusthof USA in Norwalk, where Holloway’s brother, Steven, works. An employee there confirmed that money is being raised for the family.

Holloway’s 1-year-old daughter, Vanessa Morales, is still missing and police are investigating both incidents.

Mom Christine was buried this morning. If somebody has known all along that her baby is deceased and where she is, I can think of nothing crueler than to prevent the mother and child from being together in their final resting place. This loss is so disturbing.
