I found this. It's about the Indian Scammer AAS (modnote: name changed to initials only) who hired H&K at one time. Not sure what to think of it. According to this TB was still associated with H&K in 2011.

I don't understand where the info in the UK corporate records come from. There must be some kind of explanation.

The partnership between the Bulgarian PR company and Hill+Knowlton Strategies started in 2000, when the President of the PR corporation at that time sent Maxim B. (modnsip: surname redacted) an email with a proposal for cooperation. The CEO of M3 Communications Group, Inc.met the Executive Vice-presidentof the global PR corporation, Terence Billing, and shortly afterwards the Bulgarian company joined the Hill+Knowlton Strategies’s family.

All I can say is that TB is not listed as a Director on any of the parent company’s lists of Directors and he “resigned” in 2009. See my reply to your Post 48 RE: “Latest News on AAS”.

They are all VIPs, rich housewives or wives of ambassadors or upper tier government officials, corporate officers, or VIPs in their own right.

Alice would try to impress this class of individuals because she was trying to work her way into these social circles to become “one of the Ladies”.

Alice would try to impress them by chartering airliners and flying them to exotic spots where she would wine and dine them for “Girls’ week out”. Sort of what AAB has been doing since 2012. You should see the VIP list of followers that he has amassed, many Hollywood types, corporate types, etc.

It didn’t take long before somebody started questioning where all the money was coming from. Then the tax revenue agents started sniffing around, Alice got paranoid, and poor Jane Doe paid the ultimate price.

If Alice is out there- I imagine she would want to be on social media. I mean, she was/wants/wanted to be a socialite IMOO, they all have profiles, even if they don't maintain it themselves. But maybe I am thinking too present day. Just a thought.

The above quote suggests that Terence passed away in 2014. Could have been wrongly quoted. As a best friend, I would think you remember his passing year properly...but ok...mistakes can be made.

While we wait for the WS experts to weigh in, let me address my concerns with this article through a non-exhaustive list of points:

1. TB is spelled “Terence Billing”. Not “Terrence Billings”. A spelling error? Totally different individual? A fake news article?

2. Assuming that this is a “simple spelling error” then this article flagrantly declares that TB was employed by HK (Hill & Knowlton), a global public relations corporation, during 2011.

3. HK is part of a conglomerate of corporations.

4. Within this conglomerate, WPP Plc is the “ultimate controlling party”.

5. Then WPP Group (UK) Limited is the “immediate parent company”.

6. Then “HK” AKA “HK Limited” AKA Hill & Knowlton Limited is the “parent company”.

7. Below HK Limited are the smaller HKs, also called the HK “network”. One sample under this “network” is Hill & Knowlton CIS Limited (UK).

8. Whether individuals calls themselves “Vice Presidents” or “CEOs” and are employed at any of the network corporations, they are still titled “Officers” and/or (same thing) “Directors” of HK Limited and their names are listed in HK Limited’s annual reports.

9. As a Vice President, neither Terence Billing nor Terrence Billings are listed on Hill & Knowlton Limited’s Report and Financial Statements published on December 31, 2011. The entire list of Directors is published on Page 1 of the 2011 annual report, which is registered with the UK’s official Companies House registry. I attached the entire 2011 report. Each year a Director's list is published in the annual report for that particular year of publication. I can’t find “Terence Billing” or “Terrence Billings”, anywhere in the 2011 annual report.

10. Looking forward to Hill & Knowlton Limited’s 2012 annual report: No “Terence Billing” or “Terrence Billings” is listed on Page 1. See the entire 2012 annual report, attached.

11. Looking back to Hill & Knowlton Limited’s 2010: No “Terence Billing” or “Terrence Billings” is listed on Page 1. See the entire 2010 annual report, attached.

12. Terence was supposedly employed as the director of a network corporation, Kill & Knowlton CIS Limited. The problem is that he resigned from Hill & Knowlton CIS Limited on “02/09/2009”. Find attached the “Termination of Appointment” form 288b.

13. Looking at Hill & Knowlton CIS Limited’s 2009 annual report: “T Billing” is listed as a Director on Page 1.

14. The Problem: The 2009 annual report for the parent corporation, Hill & Knowlton Limited, does not have T Billing listed.

15. Hill & Knowlton CIS Limited was incorporated in 1998, and its 1999 annual report lists T Billing as a Director.

16. Again the problem is that the 1999 annual reports (there are two, the original and an amended report filed in 2000) for the parent corporation, Hill & Knowlton Limited, fails to list T Billing as a Director.

16. Going as far back as these records for Hill & Knowlton Limited are available online, to 1994, TB is not listed there, either.

17. All of these annual reports and the 2009 resignation are recorded with the official United Kingdom’s Companies House.

18. The HK network has a satellite corporation is Germany called Hill and Knowlton Tech GmbH. An unofficial entity called OpenCorporate Trust which introduces itself as “a new entity that guarantees the OpenCorporate mission to open up company data for the public good” names a “Terence Billing” as an “executive Director” with an “End Date 2008-11-05”. My interpretation is that OpenCorporats Trust believes that Terence Billing was no longer a director at this particular HK network as of “2008-11-05” which I guess is November 5, 2008.

19. Looking at the 2008 annual report for Hill & Knowlton Limited (attached) again fails to list TB as a Director.

20. What to conclude? These records “seem” to indicate that TB was a “ghost” who probably had a friend or friends within the HK network who created a fake employment history for TB. Their influence did not seem to reach into the parent company’s levels (HK Limited), that would explain why TB’s name never appears on HK Limited’s annual reports.

Will any verified WS experts or any WS members who have experience reviewing corporate records, be willing to opine?

This is important because “if true” then TB’s credibility is obliterated. That is important because, according to Komisar Michal, TB “positively identified the body as Alice”.

That article that you found may have been planted onto the internet to make it appear as if TB was employed at HK in 2011. That is the impression that it gave you, correct?

I could be wrong. If I am, please show me where I am wrong.

Somehow, I find all of the above info very unsettling. You used the word "ghost"...it feels like that. I have no reason at all to doubt the annual reports or company records. The whole "network" of businesses is very complicated to me, anyway. So is the info published about him being VP or presenting himself like that? in years he, according to the reports and records, wasn't anymore, is a PR-stunt in itself? MB is not your average PR-specialist...he is all over the Internet, so he is very good in doing PR for himself. I somehow expect that from a PR-specialist. Looks like he has a good reputation in the field and won rewards. He is presenting himself like a good friend of TB and he considered TB to be a very precious mentor. TB on the other side is only publicly mentioned a few time by associates. Nothing about TB doing PR for himself on the Internet, no CV/career overview, no Linked-In, but also no death notices, no grave site, no visual posting about his father's dead by AAB. Offcourse a lot of it could have been deleted by TB, but why? Most people have a trace on Internet.....Even his brother seems to be left in the dark about him dying. Could he have operated undercover or offering his services as freelancer to shady clients (scammers)....I can't lay my finger on it, but something seems off.

About an year ago, another prominent world's PR expert - Terence Billing - was declared Honorary Chairman of the Board of M3 Communications. Mr. Billing is now Executive VP of Hill & Knowlton, Inc. and also is the longest serving high management employee of the leading PR group in the world. "We will continue with the policy to appoint world's experts to our Board. We need their advices and we feel them as a part of the company and also as part of our future", M3 Communications CEO Maxim B. said.

I couldn't find an annual report for this company for 2011 or any other year, to confirm who was on the board.

But TB was not in fact what he represented himself to be: a Director (or any other executive title) of Hill & Knowlton. Did TB make material misrepresentations to 3MC and MB as to his legal standing at HK? My answer is go look at what HK’s parent company list of Directors says.

You can counter-argue with “but his name is listed as a Director for Hill & Knowlton CIS Limited.” And I would suggest that you verify this by checking the parent company’s list of Directors.

Should the proper UK agency investigate this?

I thought I was clear about that things are off....on PR outlets about TB.....no trace of him all around the Internet. I agree he looks like a ghost...no matter what associates tell about him...look at my response #71. I didn't say what was published about him are facts...It's unsettling all together....the whole story...
