I'm thinking he did change his story.. Didn't he first state he went in and woke DB up and asked her where the baby was? I haven't followed this case as closely as some here have..JMHO

If PD has all those things, why haven't they arrested DB yet? KC Anthony was arrested long before Caylee's body was found.

I heard her admit she was drinking, but she also stated it didn't have anything to do with Lisa. I never heard her state she was drunk..JMHO

In the People article she admits she "probably" had more than 5 drinks and that it is a "possibility" that she blacked out but she never actually says drunk that I can find.

Yes, he did say he checked on the kids first and noticed that the baby wasn't in her crib. He's now saying he woke DB up first and they checked on kids together. Somethings rotten.....

I think because they dont have a body. I think they are gonna scour those woods again today. They probally feel more comfortable with body. moo

Does anyone else get the impression from the interviews and other appearances that JI is being controlled by someone ??? His charachteristics just put me in that frame of mind. I have an aquantaince that is the SAME way- his parents controlled him (still does at 30 yrs of age) as well as his wife. ...he looks down is quite almost fearful at times. Anyone heard any info on this about his personality? He said it made them closer? Were they not close before? jmo i guess

Surely LE knew about her diminished state from Day 1 (how the heck would you hide being that drunk/hungover at 4am) but if not is it possible she is throwing the drunk, blacked out, whatever out now to start an accidental death defense or as an defense to why she didn't hear anything? Would being drunk be a defense to an accidental death? Would it change how she is charged?

Quite frankly=his behavior has been bothering me more than DA's since day 1!!:banghead: Way too controlled for me-why?:waitasec: But, I guess he keeps it for certain instances-like when he said HE wanted a break from questioning because he had reached his "boiling point"!!

Yes, but that case didn't go too well for the prosecution. Maybe this PD are just being more cautious because of that.

Let's hope that the Grand Jury determines that there is enough evidence for the arrest of one or both parents.

Actually, lets hope that Lisa is alive and will be found soon. To hope that the parent(s) are arrested is to assume that the baby is dead. This is what the mom is saying. "DON'T stop looking for my baby even if you arrest me". And, isn't that exactly what an innocent mother would say?

In the clip of the Today interview, Peter A asked her how much wine she had drank and she said "enough to be drunk."
Wow. Getting drunk with a baby and two other kids in your care. Not good.
OT, but I got drunk on wine many years ago, but I could not have hurt a flea, I could barely walk under my own power. It did not erase my memory, I could still remember everything that happened. Just saying.
