Who/Where/how do you find out that a member was put on TIMEOUT ?

And/or did you mean that the person was put on timeout at the same time as the timeout dolls was placed by the 4 GB4 victims crosses?

The timout was recent. Not back when the dolls were placed. I saw the phrase and thought of the dolls. Simple.

Hey do you know where I could find more info on Colleen McNamee murder? I've only been able to find a few articles for both girls.

......tied to Shulman?........one thing that stood out was that her parents(pretty sure it was her) said the last they saw her she was getting into a "blue car with a friend".....

how was she tied to shulman? Do you mean she was originally thought to be a victim of james d gunning?

The police stated Rita Tangredi and Colleen McNamee were both killed by the same person...but it turned out to not be james d gunning. Still they were sure the same person killed both of them. Maybe they have DNA? I doubt it. Perhaps something else. Gunning is an interesting character because I think we can learn from him. He's a mechanic just the Dark minds POI and he lived in PA but was suspected of murdering Rita and Colleen all the way out in mastic and that area. Far distance to travel for a murder.

no, i mean tied to Shulman--Long ago i emailed the detective named as in charge of the mcnamee/tangredi investigation(cold or otherwise) in news reports that perhaps he should show Colleen's parents a pic of Shulman's car that he used to see if it was the one they saw Colleen getting in to

Crime Stoppers of Suffolk County and the Suffolk County Police Homicide

Squad are asking the public's help to solve the murders of two women whose

bodies were found in North Shirley and East Patchogue.

On Jan. 30, 1994, the body of Colleen McNamee was discovered in a wooded

area south of the Long Island Expressway, east of the William Floyd Parkway, in

North Shirley, police said. She had been strangled. She was last seen Jan. 5,

1994, getting into a small blue car in front of the Blue Dawn Diner in

Islandia. McNamee was a 20-year-old outpatient of the South Shore Treatment

Center in Islandia.

Prior to McNamee's disappearance, the body of Rita Tangredi-Beinlich, 31,

was found on Nov. 3, 1993, in a wooded area off Esplande Drive in East

Patchogue, police said. She also had been strangled. Tangredi- Beinlich was

last seen hitchhiking the evening before on Montauk Highway, east of County

Road 101, in East Patchogue.

Both women had frequented the East Patchogue area and had been arrested for

prostitution. According to police, their murders have been linked.

So the things that stick out are the blue dawn diner in islandia and the south shore treatment center. And of course that Rita's daughter Amanda was "best friends" with Melissa Barthelemy. A coincidence? I don't believe in coincidences

Was Ritas daughter still friends with MB when she was killed? Did she ever visit MB when she lived in the Bx? Is it possible that she knows who the killer is without realizng it?

Thats what I think D. But it would it be someone in her life since her mothers murder in 93 like a friend of her family. This would explain the obsession with Melissa the SK showed

its important that we find out HOW she knew melissa and it seems like Amanda lives a similar lifestyle to melissa. how did she become involved in that kind of life style did someone bring her into it? We need more info on Rita Tangredi to connect the dots to bad all we have is one or two articles with no info we need a real source here

So I finally saw this episode in it's entirety and skimmed through this thread. I guess there's no word on who the mechanic might be?

I have to say, I didn't love the show. Just another sensationalized true crime hour, IMO.

Those posts are from last month; I just think it's so interesting, and kinda great, that something that was being talked about here finally found some sort of closure. I'm just going to guess that we'll be seeing more info about RT and MB as time goes on.

Mysteryattic asked if we thought the POI on Dark Minds could be the suspect? I did not see the show. Not unless the dolls are wearing the same clothes at both locations would I consider it.

I think the killer possibly left the dolls on the Pkwy. Its said the killer is calculating. He may have made a calculated effort to send investigators on a wild goose chase. If thats true, then maybe he does work with burlap.
