I know I keep saying what I have thought for some time but again I do think there was a second trip somewhere in the early hours of Friday morning and I think that is the one to do with the Kenmore roundabout, not the earlier one.

me too ali

I'm just curious, with regards to GBC's phone being on and off charge at a certain time... does this mean it could have even been on charge at his parents house and not necessarily his own house? Or do they know for sure that it was his house?

Does anyone have a listing of the witnesses? (I have no idea if this is produced in case of interfering between the days)

I wonder if it will be Dr Candice Beaven from Kenmore Clinics?

Sure to be Alicat

Has GBC been wearing the glasses constantly today? Just wondering if they were part of the outfit, but not necessarily with a prescription lens- you know, part of the act ??

Thanks for the update Happygolucky, you're a gem. Fantastic news that Allison's DNA was found on a swab of blood from the Captiva! :great: It will be interesting to hear how Davis tries to turn this one around! :twocents:

Don't forget, though, that there is no accurate way of "aging" blood to tell how old the blood stains are, unless they are within a few hours old. So even though Allison's DNA may have been found there, that still doesn't prove that the blood got there that night.

True doc, but the car only few weeks old. Wonder if the police asked the girls if mummy ever sat in the back seat?

there seems to be a few times here that don't fit in...

neighbours hearing screams at 11.30pm, dogs howling 12.30am at Kholo Creek that all fits in to me that Allison was killed at 11.30pm and then placed/thrown at Kholo Ck at 12.30am...she was placed in that position not long after she was killed and they know that re the Lividity , and now a thud at 10.30pm at Kholo Creek????
I believe it would have been possible for some reason for the murderer to return to the scene and that could be why 2 vehicles were seen there at 4am.

all my opinion only

I do also think that 2 trips were made out to the bridge that night, I think the 1st time it was GBC, and the second time it was GBC and BWANA to move the body from the grassy area on the side of the road to underneath the bridge on the other side of the road. I do think they were seen out there around 4am ish on Friday morning..

what I mean is, that for one minute, not much more, at a precise time, the police know where gerards phone is, and that it is being used by a person in possession of that phone to call Gerards father. And it was a picture clip, a camera app call. So if it wasnt Gerard, he even slept thru his own phone being used, and we know he was glued to the thing. And this person rang Gerards own father. .. not their own father, not the pizza place, but none other than Nige himself.

Has it been considered that maybe one of the little girls used the phone to call their grandparents because they were worried about what they'd been hearing that evening and/or realized their parents were not at home?

Police confiscated the car the next morning though didn't they? How many hours is a few Doc? Hopefully they found the blood fairly quickly once they had the car.

And IF there was a hair stuck in it, it could hopefully be identified as freshly chemically processed or not.

I was thinking it is his Clark Kent alter ego. He does after all think he is a super man or is that gorgeous man? Puke! Can anyone tell us if he is wearing rose coloured glasses? :twocents:

could have been dumped closer to the witness's house and water took it down to where it was found. 700 metres is a long way to here a bag of concrete hit the ground and a car door closing IMO

I guess it depends on the conditions but I can hear the cows moo'ing and kicking in the saleyards 4km away on a still night and there's a lot of houses and roads and vegetation in between. 700m isnt very far, especially if the noise was down the bottom of a gully and echoes up the sides.

And of course, now I'm going to MOO :moo:

I also agree with the two trips to the bridge. He must of gone back and moved her. Why else for the charge of "interfering with a corpse". These poor people who heard screams. They would be wrestling with the "what ifs". Well done on the updates everyone.

The blood has been determined as Allison's, not one of the girls. So another sleuthing matter cleared up IMO.

By "a few hours" I mean once the clotting process is completed, and the stain has dried. That would vary depending on ambient temperature etc.

I'm not sure just when the blood stains were found, but it was after the luminol testing as I recall. But I don't know how long after the event that was.

And as Ali pointed out, the car was only about 8 weeks old - but that's still enough time for blood to have got there from anything from a cut finger to a nose bleed. I'm just trying to point out the way that the defence would portray things.

In Baden-Clay's Committal, Ms White said she heard 2 screams but wasn't certain of the date. Thanks Mrs White for your vital contribution?

and the Captiva was the car that GBC drove..Allison drove the white 4WD. Cosidering their marriage wasn't at its best for sometime, I doubt very much that Allison would be driving with GBC...especially in the back seat and with a bleeding injury. if she was in the back seat for some reason with an injury maybe on her way to hospital...surely the wound would be wrapped.

anythings possible I surpose...especially when you see how much damage catterpillars can cause to GBC
