long time no see :)
some things still bother me greatly about this case.....the fact that Zoloft was found in ABC's car and in the carport...no mum worth her salt would leave meds lying around in reach of children, also heat would detioriate the product rendering it useless.
The fact that one of the symptoms of Zoloft overdose from the manufacturers product info are as follows : 'If you take too many tablets, you may feel drowsy, sick in the stomach, have a fast heart beat, suffer from tremors, feel agitated or dizzy. Coma has also been reported with overdose.'
ABC had recently had her dose increased to 100mg/day, which is still only half the maximum dosage for depression in adults.
The coroners report stated that there was blunt force trauma to the chest ( a push from a big bloke?), a subdural cerebral hemorrhage but no open wound on her head ( hitting sand maybe, like where she was found?) and toxic levels of Zoloft in her system.
The info i believe the cops were after re: the roundabout footage ( quite possibly heresay) had something to do with chains being removed from the coles carpark at kenmore.
The last thing that still bugs me is the blood in the car, which from my amateur standpoint looks aspirated ( ie, it was breathed or spluttered out, indicating the body that produced it would've still been alive when in the car) please correct me if i'm wrong resident medical person.

All this is IMO...but intriguing nonetheless.....

In Baden-Clay's Committal, Ms White said she heard 2 screams but wasn't certain of the date. Thanks Mrs White for your vital contribution?

Dripping sarcasm much?? :floorlaugh:

Her evidence seemed to muddy the water. It could have been anything on some night

Has GBC been wearing the glasses constantly today? Just wondering if they were part of the outfit, but not necessarily with a prescription lens- you know, part of the act ??

:floorlaugh: Probably poor lighting in AG and he has been studying all those 466 statements...

He'd be on the health system in jail wouldn't he? The tax payer would have bought the specs for him.

''The sound you would hear if you threw a full bag of concrete onto grass.'' - witness who heard two thuds

It was very confronting to hear this witness account :(. I have to go now and I'm disappointed as I'd much rather stay. I'm going to try to come on Wednesday. Cheers everybody, has been so comforting having you all here with me on this emotional day x

I've always throught the suicide angle was ludicrous given the information that we already knew... just reading your info there on Zoloft overdose (not a drug i am familiar with), my question is, so is the Defense basically going to go the line of zoloft overdose and THEN throwing herself off the bridge?? Just curious how you would walk the 14 or so Km (at the best of times in the middle of the night), let alone whilst feeling sick, drowsy, tachycardic (fast heart beat) and possibly comatosed... and throw yourself off a bridge! LOL... Can't wait to see how the hell they're gonna try and push this angle!!! Seriously????

Mrs White is the witness who tried to hide among the school children outside the court. Nerves must've got to her. Not one for glare of the media. Poor darling..

I believe contact lenses are not permitted in jail

Many thanks Thinking. Also for "showing" us how things were really. Thank-you immensely.

You have done a great job, Thinking. I appreciate your updates. Everybody that is helping us at home with updates deserves a clap, without you all we would have is 3 minutes on the news tonight!

Not sure how you could actually deduce that, though. And I think you mean expirated - aspirated means breathed IN - inhaled. But from the pictures we saw of the Luminol tests, I certainly couldn't make a deduction like that. Splashed, maybe. But I couldn't assume that it was spluttered out as you suggest.

Sorry to nitpick, but you did ask... ;)

Possibly she is sick at heart for not calling the police that night. Be awful to have to live with. Benefit of hindsight.

I also agree with the two trips to the bridge. He must of gone back and moved her. Why else for the charge of "interfering with a corpse". These poor people who heard screams. They would be wrestling with the "what ifs". Well done on the updates everyone.

Maybe he went home, realised her phone wasn't there and that it must have been still with her (in a pocket or similar), hence the frantic trip back?

Or maybe, following on from a suggestion a thread or two ago, the fight began at home, ABC jumped in her car, GBC went after her, he killed her (accidentally or otherwise) at or near Kholo Creek, went back to check on the kids who are, after all, home on their own, called his father, arranged to pick him up at the roundabout so that NBC could drive ABC's car back from the creek to home and then he dropped Nigel back to Kenmore?
