The court is being shown a large red area of scratch marks and bruising on Baden-Clay's upper chest. #Baden-Clay

Those damned caterpillars - sheesh they're vicious little buggers..!

Ooh doc ... wish you were there...
@_JohnTaylor_ There is a series of 14 pictures of Gerard Baden-Clay scratches and bruising being shown to the court. @abcnews

and she obviously didnt overdose at the bridge, there would have been empty boxes surely, unless they say she filled her pockets with zoloft and then walked there, with her new hairstyle?

Yes, after arranging to meet her best friend the next day and telling her hairdresser how much she was looking forward to the conference the next day.:waitasec:

I have a captiva and the spare tyre is in a well underneath the boot area carpet. It would have not been needed to remove to move a body in and out of the car. But could have been removed for some other reason. The tools to change the tyre are in there with the wheel. Could he have had a flat tyre? That would have been inconvenient!

OR
Removing the spare tyre could be an 'excuse' as to why he was there if anyone else came along....

I am so confused.
Not about the perp but about the timeline and about the events.

Looking forward to makara's timeline late today.

New Baden-Clay witness. Dr Nathan Milne.

Ahh - here we go - the man who did the autopsy

  • #509
oh He was so BUSY that morning!!>. kids to get up, lunches to make, txts to Allison, clock ticking, things to do , people to see, shave his jaw, his neck , his shoulders, his chest, all with the same uncooperative razor, notice Allison missing, get Olivia over, ring the inlaws, ring the police. just the normal day for a real estate empire builder

I read that and thought the same could be a good cover BUT then I thought Nah. Why would he waste time.

I hate to say this but in my opinion the two thuds were - Body being disposed, then second thud was boot or door closing. He then simply drove off. Just MOO

  • #511
Another question mark settled - why the police got a warrant to shave off part of his beard.

this scratches by fingernails is heading it straight to a trial I reckon . MOO. This is only a committal hearing which is ,are there enough reasons to send him to a trial . reckon GBC would be sh#*#% ng himself. If it comes out they are fingernail scrathes he has again lied about the shaving and those nasty caterpillars. If prosecution queries him on those he up there without a paddle me thinks:jail:

Omitted to add, spend half an hour or more to actually LOOK for Allison.

This one is right up your alley Doc.

  • #515
Were the photos of the scratches, clearer than the grainy ones published in MSM

  • #516
I suggested the "phone in the pocket" idea a few days ago - and was promptly corrected (and rightly so) as Allison's clothes had no pockets.

Ah whoops....I sometimes carry things in my bra...just a thought

Good question.
I wish we could see the pictures.
Poor Ali, I bet you're wishing so much to be there.

A lot of yoga pants have a small pocket at the front.
You could possibly squash a phone in the front pockets of mine.

Nathan Milne is a VERY cautious man. He will be very careful to say things like "could be consistent with" or "cannot be excluded". Given the state of the body when found, a lot of possibilities remain open, but probabilities are much fewer.

This is indeed right up my alley, Makara :)
