DB's brother leaves north walrond home with detectives 11/1/11

I'm sure LE interviewed the GSB initially when the video of the 2 of them at the store surfaced. I think this is something more.

How long does it take for LE to do a polygraph on someone?

I would say 45 minutes to an hour. First talking with you and explaining what will happen, hooking the polygraph apparatus up, then the actual polygraph. The actual polygraph itself would not last long at all.

*I have a very close friend who is a polygrapher for Dallas P.D.
He goes to Quantico to classes once a year.

It was in an interview with Cyndy Short, it's posted here somewhere but I don't remember exactly which day.

I did not see that and I think I watched all of Cyndy's interviews. I will look again. Thanks

oh peeps.. just a gentle reminder that we don't bring comments over from news articles... thanks so much

From the body language as they were leaving the house, I got a really strong feeling that the brother might have called the police, not the other way around. Almost a feeling of surrender. Conscience? Or did he figure something out about that night? Or has someone said something that struck him as weird?

This is just a feeling, but I think maybe he had something to tell them. I hope so. They need to find this baby!

But on Tuesday, two members of the Kansas City, MO police department came to the home on North Walrond where the parents had been staying before leaving Friday night.

The two detectives left with the maternal uncle after half an hour inside the home. The uncle was gone about two hours. He returned about 12:45 p.m. and was dropped off by two people inside a car registered to a rental car agency in Independence.

So he was with LE for about 2 hours.

The ATTORNEYS said that unrestricted meant "without an attorney". I know a lot of people would not believe defense attorneys if they said the sky was blue, but this was THEIR understanding. So, even if it could, possibly, perhaps mean something else, it's pretty clear that in this case unrestricted means "without a lawyer.) JMO because I don't want to go back and look it up.

In the legal thread for this forum? :waitasec: Gitana1 simply answered that 'unrestricted' means unfettered which still doesn't mean without an attorney.

I must have missed the post confirming that but here's her post:

ETA: Apologies...I didn't realise you were referring to Bradley/Irwin's attorney(s). Sorry! (Personally I trust WS lawyers a bit more but that's just me ;))

what good could come from an interview without their attorney at this point? I think LE has a handle on this and it's going to bust open very soon. Joe T is back in town so he may have wind of something. The brother didn't go down to headquarters or wherever just on a whim.

I'm not watching media coverage of the case today (trying to finish a library book) but have read here to keep up with the latest happenings. Don't know what to think of DB's brother going out with detectives at this juncture; maybe more light will be shed on this later today.

The only thing that I can say at this point is that anyone who is even peripherally linked to the family and/or the disappearance of Lisa should start talking now before they're implicated in this "crime". If they are not in any way involved in whatever has become of this beautiful baby but have information or knowledge about who might be responsible, it's time for these folks to spill the beans. jmo

Ummm

Can we get back to that please?

I think the "rental car" info means it was probably the feds - they are known to just rent cars wherever they are dispatched to. JMHO

Personally, I think the word unrestricted might be a bit misleading. There is no such thing as a totally unrestricted interview, as if a question is asked and the person doesn't want to answer, they don't have to. There might be repercussions to that refusal, but it still doesn't change the fact that all interviews are restricted in one form or another, even if it's just by the person that is being interviewed. JMO.

I wondered the same about the rental, but I wasn't sure if the feds really did that or if it was just on TV...LOL.

According to a poster on the other "Jersey" thread, MW stated last night that she had been interviewed 7 times. This is a far cry from her first statement/talk with the reporter when she said 4 times. Now, we have the brother being taken by police for a 2 hour interview or whatever. All of this while Lisa's parents are in a secret location. And now JT flying to KC.

Something is up IMO.

Not to be off track, but they may have contacted her 3 more times after her interview with the reporter in the yard, bumping the count up to 7.

I think the FBI has a big office in KC. I bet it was JoeT or Bill Stanton that went to his rescue.

AH!!!! that very well could be Dr. and its was BS or JT or "their people" that dropped the bro off.

Either way - bro is back "home" so that means all this was was information gathering. Interesting - the heat is getting turned WAY UP!!!
