A young father set to get married has not been seen in days, his family and police say.

Ariel Arnaldo Espinal, 26, was last seen in the 5000 block of New Hampshire Avenue NW on Saturday, Oct. 8 about 2 p.m., police say.

Found deceased:

LITTLE ORLEANS — Maryland State Police investigators have identified a decomposed body found in eastern Allegany County in April as that of a Washington, D.C., man.

The victim, Ariel Arnaldo Espinal, 27, was reported missing from the Washington area on Oct. 8, 2016.

At 9:15 p.m. on April 21, investigators from the Allegany County Criminal Investigation Unit and the Maryland State Police Homicide Unit responded to Hoop Pole Road in Little Orleans after being contacted by campers in the area who discovered the body.
