An elderly woman has died after the car she was in was stolen from Washington Hospital Center before the suspect crashed into a building on June 3.

Robinson confirmed it was a white SUV that had been stolen and the victim was in the front passenger seat. The suspect, who has been captured and placed under arrest, is also an adult female.
