D.C. police searching for missing 16-year-old girl

WASHINGTON (ABC7) — D.C. police are looking for a 16-year-old girl who went missing earlier this week.

Jermia Ivy, 16, was last seen around 6 a.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of Morris Road, SE, according to police.

She was reported missing Thursday.

Police describe Ivy as 5-foot-8, 160-pound black female with a dark complexion, brown eyes and red hair. When last seen, she was wearing a blue jean jacket, white shirt, blue jeans and silver slide-on sandals.

The Metropolitan Police Department asks that anyone with information on Waters’ whereabouts call 202-727-9099 or text 50411.
