Found Safe DC - Jo'alle Parham, 5, Washington DC, 12 Aug 2017

WASHINGTON - 5-year-old Jo'alle Parham has been missing since Saturday. She was last seen in the 400 block of Rhode Island Avenue in northeast D.C., according to officials.

Jo'alle is a black female with a light complexion, about three feet in height, 32 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

She was wearing a yellow and white shirt, yellow shorts and gold sandals.

The mother does not have custody of the girl, police say.
