I can totally understand moments of inattentiveness... or a bad judgment call.
It is the cases like Shaniya, Cherish and Relisha that really kill me. :tantrum:

Those where it is blatant disregard for the safety, well being, health, cleanliness of the children.
I simply do not understand people like this and it's not for lack of effort. :dunno:

IMO, this goes beyond blatant disregard. that would be a mega neglect type situation... this... goes so far beyond.

Alias, previous criminal history, divorce proceedings... it's all in this thread.

Just like in Shaniya and Cherish's cases...
The majority of the anger goes to the person who HANDED Relisha to him.

We expect the perp to take the child and do evil things...
However, we also expect the mother to protect the child.
We have higher expectations for the mother than the janitor. We never learn. :banghead:

Not sure if I'm allowed to post this, but I'm watching the #relisharudd hashtag. Why are there so many people saying that Tatum is her father?

Either it was yesterday or the day before, one of the news stations posted on Facebook a side-by-side pic of Relisha and Tatum as part of their reporting and some people started claiming that Relisha looks like Tatum thus he must be her father. (the picture wasn't even a good picture of Tatum… it was more about showing his arm tattoos) IMO that is where the "he is her father" hysteria grew. Bio dad is known, though, because he was in the media giving an interview when all of this started getting covered.

It's so sad that not one damn person in Relisha's family loved this precious little girl. How does a grandma and aunt become involved in this with SY and her boyfriend?

Also, is BP, who was on JVM last night, ( I don't get HLN so couldn't watch) another aunt or friend?

she was last seen on 1 march (with tatum)

and

Tatum bought trash bags on 2 march and his phone pinged in the area they are searching for an alleged prolonged period of time (I would just guess it took time to subpoena his phone records after the murder on the 19th and they developed info? just a guess)

according to the WP her FAMILY had a meeting with teachers about her absences on 5 march

According to the last press conference (about 2:00PM today) the last verified sighting of Relisha was March 1st. They did not say who or how they have came up with this date.
Apparently the ones from the school , March 5th and March 7th could not be considered reliable, at least to LE standards.

With that being said, I do not know what LE would consider verifiable, but suspect, from reading other missing cases, that LE would want #1. Hard Copy --Some type of surveillance footage, a camera photo with imbedded time and date stamp. #2 -- Witness -- that has an impeccable record #3 Witness -- that would have no reason to attempt to report something that would help them cover their own actions or hinder the investigation. #3 Two Witnesses -- who can both make a statement that verifies as well as collaborates each seeing the same thing.

Again, this is just my best guest. Maybe someone who is on here with LE experience could help with this.

Yes, plus auntie and grandma apparently lied about talking to Relisha on the phone. Poor baby girl didn't have anyone to truly love her.

Contractor Bags purchased by Tatum March 2nd
Tatum seen (or Phone Pings) place him at Park

I haven't mentioned this before ---- because I really didn't want to think about it, but could he have taken other children before Relisha and this Park is a dumping ground for him?
