This is my first post. I just wanted to say that my first thought was that he looks like "Willis".
This is my first post because I can't even keep up with the work being done and I just read till I fall asleep. This little girl is haunting my thoughts. I have no psychic abilities but my gut says she was sold. Praying she is found so she can be saved and recovered.

Prince George's County Warrant page 5:

Witness One:

- Reported Decedent checked into the Red Roof Inn on March 19, 2014, at about 10:04 pm.
- Seen on video near the room
- Left in less than an hour with 2 individuals in a vehicle driven by female individual
- Returned at 5:40am and talked to KT
- Observed AT on bed
- Stated KT did not allow admittance into room

Witness Two:

- Revealed AT was having domestic issues with KT
- Stated AT was contemplating leaving KT
- Admitted to conducting internet search for KT for gun during past month
- Utilized Apple I-Pad and downloaded images of guns for KT

I find it quite interesting Witness Two said AT was "contemplating leaving KT" and we know now divorce papers were filed in February. Something is wrong with that statement.

Interesting that the events listed in Witness one and Witness Two we were thinking were all by the same person (Ricky). We were thinking he came back in the morning for pick-up and saw Andrea on the bed AND that he helped conduct the internet searches. As a matter of fact, I thought it was said that HE said he saw her on the bed AND that he helped him look up images. SO... who else was so involved in those steps.

Another interesting thing--- that I even give an ounce of credibility to a single word that a single person says, other than the police when talking about this case. This is a very, very huge ball of liars and criminals all writhing around like a pit of snakes. No one can see where one begins and one ends.

I also like that they listed Tatum's phone number in the warrant. i wonder how many times that thing has been dialed now!

There is something else I want to comment on regarding PrivateEye006's post.



I know some here are leaning towards this possibility, myself included, but others not so much. Personally, I'm never one to jump on that whole pedo ring/porn ring/trafficking theory. I know it does exist, and unfortunately a lot of kids do go missing under these circumstances. But that is never one of my first thoughts whenever a child goes missing. I tend to think of it more of an issue that you see in other countries, not here. But after sleuthing Tatum and some of his contacts on SM early on in this case, I started getting an uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach. Then we saw the video from the Holiday Inn and I just knew there was something more going on.

So I started researching the human trafficking problem to see what I could find. And that led me to research the issue in the DC area alone. Then that led to me checking into other kids that have gone missing within the last couple years, all within an hour distance of DC. After that I started thinking that is exactly what is going on here with Relisha, and even quite possibly a few other missing kids in the area. The things I discovered is what pushed me in this direction.

One of the most important things I discovered is that DC has a SERIOUS human trafficking problem! I wasn't aware of that until this case. I posted some info on another missing thread here in the missing forum. I'm going to post it here on Relisha's thread as well. I am not trying to persuade anyone. That's not my intentions at all. I just think it's something that everyone needs to be aware of. Not just in this case, but possibly other missing kids, from DC especially. Because this problem seems to be rapidly growing in our nation.



And another article here which talks about a non profit group that is educating young girls in the DC area, in the high schools and middle schools, as well as foster homes and homeless shelters. That seems to imply that this is indeed a very serious issue in this area!



Here is info from the FBI's website that a task force was formed within the Washington Field Office in 2004 for this reason.

And the number growing more and more....for missing girls and women especially. Thank you so much for the input. Because I don't want to think of little Relisha in that kind of way but...the possibly is there and that's all I was trying to say earlier. There's a reason for all those different hotels, there's a reason that we're only seeing video footage of 02/26 with the entry, there's a reason that we don't know who the other 2 people in the Red Roof Inn were(because we already know the other 3 being KT, AT, & RSL), there's a reason they were sent to that park to look in the same place twice, there's a reason the new video footage is unclear, etc.

This is bigger than little Relisha...even though we all want to find her. They just underestimated that a homeless, neglected, precious little girl named Relisha Rudd would steal all of our hearts & become such a part of all of our lives.

Relisha, we are still trying to bring you home, babygirl. We have not and will not give up on you because you deserve so much more than you have received up to this point.

Why wouldn't they use the word "they" it is non gender specific?

I just can't figure out how this so-called emergency shelter didn't notice that one of SY's kids was gone for nearly a month or report all the lavish purchases, from mid to late February, to DSS. What kind of shelter has no oversight on who is coming and going? Why were they being housed there for so long and where is the services coordination? What I mean by that is, what is expected of the tenants in order to get them back into a more permanent housing situation. Isn't DC General supposed to be an emergency and short term placement?

What was the guys name in MSM who was initially listed on the Amber Alert with Tatum. Was later cleared and removed from the Amber Alert? TIA.

It's RSL. I think that he's IT also. He told them he returned to the hotel around 5:40 am, and KT would not let him in but he saw AT laying face down, same person that said he did the internet search for the gun, same person on the initial Amber alert then removed, and same person that took him to the Southern Ave metro station. Everything that warrant says is the same thing that RSL said he did. JMO but it was talked about already in the media and this forum.

And I just re read this: this location is by the Home Depot that the trash bags were purchased....hmmmmmm. I'm getting ready to some external sleuthing...lol.

However, another Days Inn guest who did not want to go on-camera told ABC7 he did see Relisha Rudd - not there at the hotel, but at the Virginia Williams Homeless Center on Rhode Island Avenue NE, around the 1st or 2nd of this month.

Praying for her to be found somewhere somehow alive.
Perhaps this event will instigate an all out investigation of the trafficking industry that seems to be way more prevalent than the public is aware of.

Interesting news....not a rumor- info from local acquaintances in the area

Apparently the FBI raided a girls house in SE- she claimed RR on her taxes- just as assumed - she got money for her kids due to someone else claiming. She was questioned heavily and house was torn apart. The friend that knows her said she really knew nothing about anything...other than, well tax fraud.


Apparently a few weeks before Tatum asked a friend of a friend if she knew where in the area that they offered affordable housing. He had the little girl with him. This was off Benning rd. smh.

I think Witness One is RSL and then is later referred to as “IT” for Witness One and the women whom FBI left the apartment with in Temple Hills would be who is Witness Two.
This makes sense because if Witness Two lived with Witness One they would have knowledge of internet searches done by Witness One. I copied the parts of three news reports that show this connection.

“FBI agents went to the Temple Hills home of one of the adults named in the Amber Alert around 2:30 p.m. Thursday. Law enforcement sources tell WNEW Senior Correspondant Mark Segraves agents left the apartment with a woman who is considered a witness in the case.”

Part 2

Now from the body of the search warrants.

“The decedent, Khalil Tatum, Witness One and two individuals were all captured on numerous surveillance cameras at the Red Roof Inn”
and
“Less than an hour after they checked in, Witness One and two of the individuals can be seen leaving in a vehicle driven by the female individual. The decedent and KT were the only people left in the room.”

We already know that KT and wife AT, plus three other individuals were at the Red Roof Inn.
Witness One + two individuals = 3 + KT and AT =2 Total 5 people

If RSL is Witness One and the women who the FBI agent took from the Temple Hills address is Witness Two, (and notice that Witness Two is not mentioned when LE names who was captured on camera) then who is the women that would be “driven by the female individual”

That means that there is another women involved and that would make 6 people at the motel

Ok, if RSL is Witness One...then Witness Two is one of the other lying relatives. We were lead to believe that there were 3 other guys, KT, & AT but now....one of the "IT's" is a woman. My head hurts now.

I wondered the same thing, but the detective could be referencing the female individual and Witness Two as one person. However, I would agree Witness Two could be RSL's wife. A woman would mention AT having domestic problems and AT considering leaving KT where a male would be less inclined to bring it up, imo.

I agree that "IT" was used to refer to the social worker to cover gender; in that part of the warrant.

Then IT is used again to refer to someone else all together different in the part detailing activities at the Red Roof Inn. Basically "IT" is someone that LE doesn't want to identify at this time.

Otherwise the use of "IT" would have to the refer to the Social Worker and the individual at the Red Roof Inn. To me that does not make any sense at all. The only conclusion is "IT" is used whenever LE does not want to name someone.

Everything centers around a 5 mile radius even the mention of Benning RD NE except where he killed AT. Why did he take her there?

Did anybody know that RSL had a son with the same name but on FB it's spelled with a "y" instead of "ie" but no picture under his. I even searched it on FB but the picture is an old one & no recent post but he's smaller in size....hmmmmmm.

The woman could be the driver and Witness #2...Lyles's wife possibly because FB says he's married to a person with the initials "RT"...and the warrant said she was taken from the home of the person RL that was removed from the Amber Alert. Now that would leave only one person, RSL(witness one), RT(female witness two/driver from Red Roof Inn), KT, AT, & one more person = 5. Phewwwww, now who is that person...he/she/it...lol. I think that's a good scenerio but it is JMO.
