In regards to his kids thinking he's 100% innocent... that's to be expected- nobody here at WS, or anywhere else in the world could have really believed he would tell them he is responsible for a murder for hire of their mother.

This should probably be asked in the legal thread but I wonder if this judge has viewed any sworn documents of CWW statements implicating MS. It could possibly play a part in if the judge feels strongly that MS will be convicted on evidence collected thus far. If evidence is strong I think he wouldn't even consider BS but if he hasn't seen any evidence he may be making his ruling strictly on "the man is innocent until proven guilty" and kids need close connection to their father until convicted?
And...we are in a one hour break. Are we expecting a ruling upon return to court?

Not being overly-dramatic because I am dead serious -

He has manipulated them for so long and so hard that they seriously need to be de-programmed.

It's almost cult-like....

OMG, that is heartbreaking. I understand they are upset but I was hoping therapy would have given then the tools to help prepare themselves for the scenerio of their father never getting out. Crushing
