Others hear the tapes quite differently. What matters is, what did the judge hear?

It is true that MS is innocent until proven guilty. However, it is clear that what he is doing is detrimental to the girls. I'm sure the judge will see that. But I don't know how this can be handled. I fear it would be more detrimental to the girls to cut off all contact with their father at this time. Hopefully all calls will now be monitored by the GAL or someone impartial to the family.
