I convinced myself to watch the full hearing late yesterday. What a sleazy display of duplicity that was.

MS does have input but make no mistake, an attorney won't jeopardize their reputation to comply with a client's wishes. That it seems like MS is running the show is indicative that the two are very much alike. Neither seem aware of the significant difference between ingenuity and guile or have the vaguest notion that their actions are so transparent.

I agree about reputations until I remember jodi arias' lawyers :/ I also thought it funny how ja began to morph her look to mimic the female lawyer. Maybe Mr. Mummert will grow facial hair similar to his client.

Lawyers are people. We were in court to get a restraining order against SIL's criminal bf. SHE brought her friend/lawyer even though she wasn't a party to the suit. She pestered her lawyer (we could see and hear them from across the aisle) so that he stood up to address the court on behalf of his client and her bf who couldn't be bothered to show. (we found out later, there was an open warrant, and he would have been arrested on the spot, lol). The lawyer identified himself to the judge who promptly ripped him up one side and down the other reminding him that as a lawyer he should have been aware he "had no place" there and that she was "surprised he would put himself in the position" of having that exchange (her dressing him down in public) in court records. She seemed to enjoy it, we sure did. She was awesome. And he is still an .

After watching that, I honestly believe that MS forgot how he got to jail. He is completely out of his mind, and I don't think this happened over night. Those poor kids and of course Teresa. God rest her soul !!

Wow, what a terrible dynamic Mimi is in with the girls! They're telling their big, bad, jailbird Dad on her. I don't like it, and really feel horrible for Mimi. I don't know how long I could handle the situation and I'm much younger.

I don't understand why the judge thinks it's ok with postcards written in German? It's obviously to get private messages past
guards. Did MS' lawyer get him a German dictionary?
