On 11 June 2023, Ms. Griffin boarded a bus and exited in the area of Delaplane Avenue and Kirkwood Highway. She has not been seen since. Ms. Griffin was last seen wearing a multi-color dress with gold sandals and carrying a green bag.

5'5", 110 lbs

Missing in America poster says Cintoria has medical issues and needs medication.

Human bones found earlier this month near Ogletown have been identified as the remains of a woman reported missing from Wilmington in mid-2023.

The remains belonged to Cintoria Griffin, Wilmington police said.
Sad. Thanks for letting us know...

Her remains were actually found in a development quite close to where she was seen getting off the bus (Kirkwood Highway near Delaplane Ave), as per missing poster. I think the Wilmington city sighting must have been someone seeing her actually getting on the bus.

I do wonder how she ended up where they found her. From the article above, “New Castle County police were dispatched about 4:30 p.m. on March 2 to the first block of Cordele Road in the Ogletown development of Red Mill Farms for a report of a possible human bone found in a resident’s backyard.” I was envisioning her being found in a wooded area, but sounds like this was someone’s backyard, which gives a different spin. MOO

From Google Maps. Sorry for my crude markups. This is an edited version from one I posted earlier. Circle to left is where she got off bus allegedly. Found in 1st block of Cordele Road, orange circle on right. Very close. I wonder if she was visiting someone there.
