<<Michael was seen by Frank’s girlfriend leaving the house through the back door and heading into the woods to the south. From there, with the exception of having to cross a few roads, he could have remained under the cover of trees for more than four miles. The woods he entered eventually becomes the over-10,000-acre Great Cypress Swamp.

Multiple family members said that cellphone records show Michael called two friends at the time he disappeared. Frank said the first, a female, told them he asked for a ride and she declined. He said he hasn’t spoken to the second, a male. >>
