Body found near Delaware River in New Castle

It happened around 8 a.m. Thursday near the shoreline off Chestnut Street in New Castle.

A New Castle grounds crew working on cutting high weeds in the area made the discovery.

Police say the body is an unidentified man who appears to be his 20s.

They also say the body was possibly in the water for several weeks.

I came across this and thought maybe Ismael Flores Ward since it said Body was in river for some weeks.. He went missing from Philadelphia, PA
