According to the Office of the States Attorney for Cecil County, Randle is being held in Delaware a $1 million bond as she awaits extradition back to Cecil County.
Britton was released on a $75,000 cash bond and placed under house arrest.

Maryland authorities charged Randle with first-degree murder, second-degree murder, assault, reckless endangerment, child abuse resulting in death, neglect of a minor, disposing a body in an unauthorized place, failure to report a child's death and conspiracy. She is currently being held by New Castle County Police on a $1 million bond for a charge of filing a false police report.
Cecil County State’s Attorney James Dellmyer said negotiations are underway to bring Randle back to Maryland through the extradition process.
“Our team of prosecutors is currently reviewing all the evidence, and some or all of those charges will be presented to the grand jury,” Dellmyer said.
Police officials have not said when that extradition will be taking place.
