Found Deceased DE - Nola Dinkins, 3, father says abducted at gunpoint by unk male in drk Ford or Chev SUV driven by unk female, Newark, 10 Jun 2025

On 1/08/2025 a temporary restraining order was filed. Is there a way to know who it was filed against?
Since the description says "ORDER SETTING HEARING REGARDING RELOCATION AND MODIFICATION AND ISSUING TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER," and it was filed right after the father objected to the mother's request to relocate, I assumed it was an order preventing the mother from relocating the child out of state.

If I’m guessing (and this is all just speculation), I’d say she probably called her false kidnapping in DE because she thought she’d be less of a suspect if she wasn’t dealing with her local LE (MSP and/or the Cecil County Sheriff’s Office) and she probably chose Gender Rd due to it being a wooded area where she assumed there wouldn’t be any cameras to disprove her story. This of course neglects all the traffic cams and other cameras that would have followed her vehicle to and from that location, but she is clearly an idiot to begin with. All JMO
digital info may have also led to the searches at the Liberty Pointe Apartments, and the park in MD, and finally the vacant lot where a body was found Either from her phone or her car. My guess.

She was truly not bright. Yes where she chose to make false report is rather isolated, not likely to have video but it is a desolate stretch without much out there to explain her presence in the area, no shoulder on the road where she or a fake kidnapper couple could have pulled over out of the way of any other traffic.

I suspect she did a lot of driving around after disposing of her child, trying to find just the right spot to claim was the abduction place. Trying to steel her nerves, trying to work up some panic and tears.

I am so angry at her. Why didn't she just giver her to her father, who clearly wanted her?

According to court records, Randle was charged with: first and second degree murder, first and second degree assault, reckless endangerment, child abuse, neglect of a minor, burying/disposing of a body in an unauthorized place, and failing to report a child death.

Police also charged 44-year-old Cedick Britten, Randle's boyfriend, with accessory to first and second degree murder, failure to report child death, and other offenses.

Look, no filters.
Why didn’t she surrender the child to the father If she didn’t want child?

The dead eyes. Chilling.

Perryville Police wrote on Facebook on the afternoon of June 11 that Perryville Community Park was closed "due to an ongoing and very sensitive investigation being conducted by the Maryland State Police."

In the release, they said their investigation "led to the recovery of human remains in a vacant lot in North East, Maryland."

It's unclear what exactly was found at the Perryville park.

In a lot of these situations it’s the boyfriend committing the act but I’m assuming by the way they were charged—not this time.
I wondered the same thing. Usually it ends up being the boyfriend and mom is complicit, but the articles indicate they believe she is the abuser. I wonder if he flipped on her and told where the body is.

WELL, this just keeps getting worse. Was the boyfriend pretending to be the father or did they actually talk to the birth father for those previous interviews?

Yeah, I kind of wonder that too.

Seemingly from the court docs that folks have found, the mom & dad were not getting along really well. So I find it strange that mom would have provided an entire story to the dad, who is then the one who called 911. (Rather than her, say, calling 911 herself, or calling her boyfriend, or even calling a different relative or friend. I just don't see her calling Nola's dad unless he called her, maybe wanted to say hi to Nola, & she needed to make an excuse on the fly, which is when he turned around & possibly called 911.) Good question as to whether the "dad" who called 911 &/or spoke publicly is the true dad or the boyfriend of the mom. All MOO.

This poor child.

Did she get child support from the father, and in that case, how much? Money could well be a reason to hold on to a child she didn't really want, and to kill her when DR might loose custody could be a way to say 'look what you forced me to do when you tried to take my child.'
