Sabrina Frock drove to Lawrence to see a man she’d met online, leaving her home in Brookfield, Mo., late on a Wednesday night after getting off work.

Three days later, in the early morning hours of April 29, her mother got a knock on the door from a law enforcement officer who told her Frock, 27, was being life-flighted to the University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City, Kan. Frock underwent surgery for a severe head injury but never regained consciousness, her mother said.

On May 1, Frock died.

Her death, considered suspicious, is currently under investigation by Lawrence police, although they have not named Frock in relation to the investigation. Authorities have not arrested or charged anyone with a crime in relation.

Denise Slaughter said the person her daughter went to see — and whom she was with when mortally injured — was a man previously convicted of repeatedly violently beating a woman he met on Tinder while he was seemingly high on meth and holding the woman against her will in his trailer home for days.

Too bad it's a little too late.

Still no charges have been brought forth against Shane Allen regarding Sabrina's death or injuries. Her initial autopsy report is sealed and Shane Allen is set to be released from jail THIS MONTH.

What these articles fail to mention is that this man made MULTIPLE attempts to contact her parents and even gain access to her hospital room in the two days that she was unconscious from her TBI.

In his previous "kidnapping" case (I use quotes because while he did unlawfully detain the former victim, she had gone with him to his home willingly), he took that victim out into public, and to his friends houses, almost as though he got off on the voyeuristic act of displaying his victim without anyone knowing that she was not free to go.

He WILL do this again. He WILL escalate his behavior, and he WILL act again in a shorter time frame because he IS a sociopath. Something must be done.
