So if I heard that promo right she didn't tell police she was drinking that night? Anybody else think that is what she means?

  • #684
I can see that when coming home and asking his fiancee angrily, "Why are all the lights on?"

But no reason not to be more specific when the police asks and you know they need exact details and not exaggerations and misleading figures of speech. You'd want them to know which lightswitches the abductor touched.

Is it a fact this is what was told to LE though? That they told police that JI said, 'why are all the light's on' and that they said all the lights were on?

  • #685
I am sure Askfornina knows the interview where JI said which lights were on/off that night. I think it was a sit down with a male reporter on TV, but can't remember his name.

I find it interesting that the first reports to police were not necessarily true. If that is an exact quote.... No wonder LE wants to speak to them separately. IMO MOO and all that JMO

So why didn't she fail the polygraph test although she's told a whole lot of complete whoppers?

JMO and I'm awfully cynical but the way she said that she didn't tell the police about her drinking because it had nothing to do with Lisa going missing made me think that it had everything to do with Lisa going missing and that's why she didn't tell.

IDK but if she's innocent she's her own worst enemy.

Why are they calling BS to ask him if he's found the baby yet, I thought he said he isn't doing any investigating? So how is he gonna find Lisa anyway?

“I’m not gonna sit on TV until now when I’m being asked that specific question and rebuttal it,” Bradley said, sitting next to her husband and attorney, Joe Tacopina, “because to me, it’s just nonsense. It’s just picking my words apart."

“When he came into the house that morning and said all the lights were on in the house," Bradley continued, "it was a total exaggeration.”

-------------------------------------------------------

:waitasec: Either ALL the lights were on ... or SOME of the lights were on ... or ONE light was on ... or NONE of the lights were on ...

JMO ... but this sounds like another "change" in the "story" ...

MOO ...

BBM

That may be the reason why they wound up with lawyers, to do the talking for them.

I'm fairly certain there is an article or news report that mentioned that it was only certain lights that were on. It sounds like with that statement she attacking those who reported her saying 'all the lights were on'.

Now I'm sitting here and wondering what else she lied about to the investigators because it has absolutely nothing to do with Lisa being missing.

Did SB lie about their drinking too?

I take that to mean, JI exaggerated and not all the lights were on. Maybe we'll find out which ones if Dr.Phil asks.

That's not what it sounds like to me at all. It sounds like she's saying that Jeremy did say all the lights were on but what he said was an exaggeration.

“When he came into the house that morning and said all the lights were on in the house," Bradley continued, "it was a total exaggeration.”

Where are you getting that she lied? Isn't Dr. Phil on tomorrow? I'm confused.:waitasec:

I'm confused, were people under the assumption that every single light in the house was on because I don't think it was reported like that early on?

I guess we will have to wait for tomorrow. These little sound bites are meant to draw in viewers. I think it will be interesting to see what is said and compare it to other interviews they have given in the past.

I am not on the :fence:

But all of us here want the same result.
This beautiful child home safe and sound. :)

What is she talking about then when she says 'my words are being picked apart' when she didn't even say it?

Fox link posted by Octobermoon in post #681 above.
She says she didn't tell the police about her drinking because it's nothing to do with Lisa going missing. In my book that is a lie. JMO.

And if she doesn't know what happened then how the heck does she know that her drinking had nothing to do with it? What if someone watched her and SB getting drunk and figured out it was his best chance to steal a child from under the nose of a mother who conks out without saying goodnight when she gets drunk. What if someone she was drinking with did it.

I think who ever is paying the light bill, says "All the lights are on". I don't think that they were literally all on, but maybe some of the lights were on, and it felt like they were all on. My dad used to say that to us kids all the time, "Why are all the lights on??" and then we of course turned off the ones we were not using. But no matter what, a kid napper doesn't usually turn on lights. Give me a Break!
